2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

The Holy Spirit was convicting me of my sins, as I am praying I wept With grief every time I had sinned I offended God,I was so ashamed of myself for what I had done, and for the way I had treated other people, I wept so much I was exhausted.

And Every time, bit by bit God was changing my heart, I am no longer selfish, I am no longer a lover of money, I am no longer a liar, I no longer use people to my advantage, I am no longer a con man, I am no longer a thief.

I am no longer spiteful towards others, I am no longer sarcastic towards others, and I am no longer rude towards others,I died to myself, I know longer do my will, I only do Gods will what he has called me to do for him, 1 Peter 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

IGalatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

I was praying I was on my hands and knees, and I started praying for people around me, imagine the power of a volcano irrupting it felt like that as the holy spirit penetrated into my heart for me to love others, to love every person as much as I love my own family, it was Gods will he wants me to be like that.

I am putting myself right with God, there are things I need to change in my life, and I am working on them

I want to change, I cannot change myself. Only God can do that.

Please pray for each other,we all need each others prayers.

God hates sin, he wants you to hate yours, ask him

When I started reading the holy bible for the first time,it had a profound effect on me and the way I live my life.

I was reading a parable of Jesus Chris, when I understood it my heart jump for joy it has never done that before,Reading the bible further, made me realized that Satan comes to corrupt are heart and lie to us. The more he corrupts our hearts, the less likely we are to turn back to god so he wants me to sin.He wants to destroy all of us i realize, to stop us going back to our father in heaven,I cannot explain to you in words the anguish I felt when I realized that he has corrupted me to take me from god. And Being in extreme anguish I started to pray, closed my eyes and cried out to god saying the Lords prayer. I said to Jesus, I am chained to Satan his ways are in me. Break the chain lord and free me of all his ways. Then something extraordinary happened. As I had my eyes closed I saw a sun a grey mist obscuring it, as I am looking at it,I felt glorious joy and glorious happiness. there with god, I did not need anything to eat or drink. The only thing that mattered is the relationship I have with God. Nothing else mattered, god told me this world and everything it has to offer is absolutely nothing compared to what God has in store for us, and as I am starring at this sun I realized how much I loved Jesus, I love Him more than anybody on this earth. God showed me a reflection in the mirror of the way I am as a person, I saw darkness all the bad in me.

After that encounter I become hyper sensitive to evil. I could recognise sin whereas before I was blind to it. I was having a normal conversation with someone and out of their mouth I heard sinful sarcasm.

I could hear sin with my ears and see it with my eyes.

Bit by bit I heard sin coming out of people’s mouth. Out of the first person’s mouth I heard arrogance, out of the next I heard boastfulness, out of another’s I heard criticism, out of yet another’s I heard blasphemy and out of the last person’s mouth I heard profanity.

While Observed behaviour between people. I saw one person being cruel towards another, I saw another person being violent towards another, I saw another person being spiteful towards another, ‘I saw another person being controlling towards another, I saw another person being nasty towards another.

Becouse i am able to reconise sin in others, I then started reconise it in my self as i speak,I could hear what type of sin is in my own heart.

Someone was speaking to me, I was trying to make out what type of sin is coming out of their mouth, I felt a sharp pain penetrate through into my belly they had just wounded Jesus Christ and I felt it.

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

I have change so quickly in such a short time its the GRACE OF GOD,
I will not have Satan imprinted on me,God have given me free will,I have chose to love him a shun all types of evil.

I keep meaning to do this as to be able to reconise sin when i hear it, I have only searched a few word from the English dictionary internet, Arrogant, selfish, cruel, sarcastic, spiteful, jealously ,hate ,malice, the list goes on and go,its called sin its satans ways.

,Keep your heart clean from these and follow the Ten Commandments and the commandments He has given us.
Six things the Lord hates; in fact, seven are detestable to Him:
•
• (4) Arrogant Eyes
• (5) A Lying Tongue
• (6) Hands That Shed Innocent Blood
• (7) A Heart That Plots Wicked Schemes
• (1) Feet Eager to Run to Evil
• (2) A Lying Witness Who Gives False Testimony
• (3) One Who Stirs Up Trouble Among Brothers
NOTE: The numbers in brackets “( )” are the order in which the Lord gave them.

The Bible is often referred to as the “mirror of the soul.” I suppose that it is called such because of what James said in his epistle, when writing to the twelve tribes scattered abroad. There he said, “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does” (James 1:22-25).

Just as one looks in a mirror to see themselves physically, to make any needed changes in their appearance, so one must look in the mirror of the soul to see themselves as God truly beholds them. What do you see when you look at your soul? Are there changes that need to be made? Do you like what you see? More importantly, does God like what is revealed there? Are you willing to make the necessary changes in your spiritual appearance if it is blemished?

This mirror reveals our origin (Genesis 2:7), speaks of our life on this globe (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8), and tell us about eternity (Matthew 25:46). Because of sin, man’s soul can become disfigured and flawed. It is through the Bible we can learn of these faults and failure, but also grasp the needed information to make necessary corrections to once again be pure and holy in the sight of the Lord.

As you look at your soul in this revealing instrument, what do you see? Do you see a person who has never done what the Scriptures teach to be remitted of sin? Have you believed that Jesus is the Christ (John 8:24), repented of your sins (Luke 13:3), confessed Christ’s name, and been immersed in water for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38; 8:36)? Once arising a new creature in Christ Jesus, having been saved by the grace of God, are you now walking in newness of life (Romans 6:4-6)? Are you allowing the Spirit of God to lead you in the path of righteousness through the word that has been revealed (Galatians 5:18; Ephesians 6:17)? Or do you see a soul once again marred by the sins of the flesh, because we have allowed Satan to gain victory through yielding to temptations (Galatians 5:19-21)?

Not only can it reveal our shortcomings and weaknesses, but it can also disclose our good traits and qualities as well. When men were to be selected to take care of the widows who were being neglected in Acts 6, the qualifications given were a “good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom” (Acts 6:3). Seven men were chosen who obviously met those requirements (Acts 6:5). It was said of Dorcas, “This woman was full of good works and charitable deeds” (Acts 9:36). What a testimony to the life of this wonderful lady who had died while serving the Lord. In Hebrews 11, that entire chapter tells us of men and women who had lived lives in faith and would now receive their eternal reward, a city prepared for them (Hebrews 11:16).

Pick up the mirror of the soul and look in it. What do you see? Do you see a faithful Christian who attends all the worship services? One who is the salt of the earth and light to a world that is overwhelmed in sin and ignorance? Or do you see someone who needs to change; one that needs to have their priorities in the right place and have the joy of their salvation restored unto them? A person who needs a heart that once again burns with zeal and determination in serving the God of heaven? Don’t get angry with the mirror or with the one who reveals the reflection seen therein. Do what James says, “be doers of the word” (James 1:22).

Dear paul1234. Thank you for your message, may I say it in a shorter version? Jesus told a Lawyer in Matthew, chapter 22, verses 35-40: "The first and great Commandment is: Love God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. The second is: Love thy neighbour as thyself." A good way is to start treating all we know and all we meet, as we would love to be treated, with kindness, friendly words and helping hands, ( where needed) and also forgive, as God has forgiven us. God will see our sincere efforts, and God will bless us.
Jesus will give us His Love and Joy, and the Holy Spirit will give us His Love, also. Jesus told us to " ask and ye will receive," then we thank God and share all Love and Joy, (ours included) with all around us. People will notice and treat us the same, and before we know, Love will take over. Love is a Christian`s strong weapon, Love will conquer all, and Love will overcome all. We might stumble or forget sometimes, but we will get up, ask God`s forgiveness, and carry on loving freely and selflessly, God is Love, and God wants loving children/sons and daughters. Everything we say, or do, or advocate, should be done in love and compassion. I say this with love, paul. Greetings from Emmy, your sister in Christ.

Dear paul1234. I can`t find anywhere to ask, may I ask you, if you could give me a short answer to the question of: What is the main difference between the Nicene Creed? and the Statement of Faith of the united Church Of Christ? Would you please keep it as short as possible? Too many words confuse me. I ask this humbly and with love. Greetings from Emmy, your sister in Christ.
