Readings On Different Forms of Church Government

I would really like to be better informed about the different forms of Church government that are out (e.g congregational, episcopal, etc). What would you recommend reading?

ID would look first into the churches which take the IRS TAX EXEMPT 501C3 status!!!!

this makes the IRS the head on your church not CHRIST.... not many people know about it.....
