You know, I wouldn't be surprised if we only discuss the first chapter next week -- there's a lot to talk about in there. But we'll see; once we get into it, we'll have a better idea of what works.

Btw, I'm going to be at an out-of-town seminar tomorrow and Tuesday, so I'll probably post the new thread tonight and then join the discussion on Wednesday.

Well, I still have almost four hours until it's Monday here, but I went ahead and posted a discussion thread for us. Like I said before, I'll be out of town tomorrow and Tuesday, so you may not hear much from me until Wednesday.
