not large, but a enough of us to keep it going.

As I recall you came from a more Pentecostal background and were looking at joining the TEC.....I see though Your icon shows Luthers Rose. did you find the ELCA a better fit did you?

Well, actually I joined both the TEC and ELCA, since my new church has both affiliations, not just the full communion arrangement the two denominations have, but actually under a bishop from each. So I guess that makes me Episcopalutheran.

hahahaha I wish.

sadly when people become disillusioned they often loose faith or at least loose faith in organised religion. The Mission of our movement here in Australia is to seek out those who have been disillusioned and who want to be part of a faith community again.

But I do expect that we will grow, especially as churches like the Catholic Church cement their opposition to civil rights and women's ordination.

Im part of the Old Catholic Church of Australia; It can trace it's Apostolic Succession to the utrecht Communion of Churches, we are however not affiliated with utrecht at this time. (something our Archbishop would like to change in the future) so we would be classed as a "Independent Catholic Church"
