I didn't go to the link but I have seen his method before. I don't think much of it. It is a salesman's pressure tactic.

Nobody who can come up with that deserves to be taken seriously. I watch it whenever I want to fall off my stool laughing.
If you want to evangelize talk to people about Christ. They will throw up every wall in order to not deal with His claims and His work but you must never let them. Always keep Christ as the focus. Our business is to get them to do business with Christ. Don't try to get them to make a profession of faith or say a prayer but try to get them to think on Christ and leave the rest to the Spirit. Tell them about Christ, what He has done and who He did it for. And most of all don't be discouraged because folks will not listen.I'd like to start evangelizing, but I knew I couldn't use Ray's method, too "used car salesman"-like.

When the Lord opens the door of opportunity go through it. But don't run until you are sent. When He gives you opportunity you will know it.I totally agree. I definitely know that people won't listen, but something in me lately has really been chomping at the bit to just proclaim Christ.
