rapture?

i was waiting for the pre-trib rapture but now i think it might not happen in my lifetime. i don't feel any connection to anyone even at church. is minimum-wage-slavery all there is to life? i can feel the Holy Spirit when i pray but there is no clear instruction on what i should do. i hope i can make some friends here.

John, that's a lot to unpackage, and you did it in only a few short sentences. (1)Waiting on the Lord is a true dying to self sometimes. (2)The Christian walk is sometimes lonely. Even those closest to Jesus scattered on the darkest night of His life. (3)Better a street sweeper in the kingdom of God, than a prince without Him. He chose the low and weak things of this world to shame the wise. Maybe you are in the best place you can be. (4)Perhaps you will find some friends here. But even more I hope you find some encouragement in Christ. Seems as if you have been short on that for a time. Welcome!

We all await the return of our Savior when He will take us home.

We do not know the exact time ... however the world is indeed progressing as prophesied in scripture (like birth pains .... gradual and escalating ... it's happening) ... His time is indeed near ... we are to be ready at any time.

Why does it matter if the rapture does not happen in your lifetime? None of us know when the rapture will happen. God has put all of us into the period of time where He means us to be. Our lives will become meaningfull to us as we commit our lives to Him and as we make Him the central focus of our lives.

Following the Lord is not about what we feel, feelings are often deceptive. Commitment to God is an act of the will. We either choose to live our lives for Him, or we don't. Following God becomes real as we spend time reading His word and seeking Him in our lives through prayer. You need patience, stick with it.

Without faith it is impossible to please him, for he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
(Hebrews 11:6)

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:13)

“I love those who love me; And those who diligently seek me will find me.

Even when you do not feel like it, you can commit yourself to Him and trust in Him, who will never fail you!

Me.. since I cannot find pre mid post trib without adding, twisting the word and I know He can't lie....HAHA wow the lord always speaks to me ..well many ways but one is music.. oh I LOVE music.. anything that gives Him glory and praise. So guess what song was playing as I was typing? Its by Citizen Way (Just Hold On) the words were "It’s not long not long, I’ll be coming for you". Yeah what are the odds lol

So me I watch believe today is when He is coming. See I was not promised tomorrow today is all I was given. I can prepare for tomorrow but...now is always when He will come. So as the song says JUST HOLD ON

I experienced the rapture on Oct. 17, 2021 but no one I told believed me. Jesus meant it when He said that He would come like a thief in the night but I wasn't ready for it.
