Alright - here's how it works:
Post as many questions as you want, if another person sees it and wants to answer it, they do such. Questions do not neccesarily need to be answered, though. (when answering, it's best to qoute the question. =p)
It's not turned-based (hence "Rapidfire") and you are not obligated to answer anyone's questions if you don't want to.
