CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i'm an unabashed jeff bezos fan despite things. did you hear about is last power move?
he requested to meet with top leaders from the main package and delivery companies (fedex, USPS, UPS) the premise was to see who could pitch the best offer for an amazon contract (to handle their shipping) after all the officials gave their offers, bezos was impressed with the guy from fedex that he sent all the other execs out of the room and offered the dude from fedex an offer he couldn't refuse: to become the head of amazon's new delivery company. word was that he doubled or tripled his salary from what he was getting at fedex too. lol
i love that kind of business shrewdness.

i've been feeling so detached and on the brink of giving up. i heard Holy Spirit ask me if i wanted to just come home early. that might not fly with some's view on God but oh well.
