CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Although I cannot see
It's like how the roses smell
It's like a secret fairy tale
All this is mother's face to me although I cannot see
I know what father's face is like

It's like his whistle in the air

I was dabbling in writing some poetry for my blog. I thought this wasn't good enough for an update there so I'm posting it here instead. You all get the rejects. Haha
O King of my vision O Ancient of Days
Come sit at thy throne where thy fire is ablaze
Pray thou bask me in Your glory that I be not aloof
Show me thy Truth for evidence and proof
You reign O God over all Heaven and earth
Your majesty O Lord is of unspeakable worth
We are the work of Your hands so don't cast us aside
We need you, Lord. You are our eternal guide
