Here's one for Lilac and anyone else awesome enough to love Steampunk.

I'm not quite that awesome. I love the idea of steampunk, but I don't like most steampunk works. Too much of it has this cobbled together stick a bunch of scrap parts(gears mostly) to it, almost post-apocalyptic sort of look I don't think really works.

I do love this laptop though.


Come to think of it, most of the steampunk works I like are computers.

And no steampunk post would be complete without dirigibles....

You never know... Maybe aliens are intrigued by our intricate designs.
We could be "built" differently from them. Or maybe they're looking for possibilites for regeneration. You know, kind of like our scientist are trying to do. OR maybe it's like you said, the alien kids need pratice subjects for their school projects.

These aliens are mighty sneaky... they can hack into any computer at any given time. They don't like it when people like me expose their existence.
