My cat used to do that to me all the time, she would do it kind of hard too, I wondered if it ever hurt her at times cause id hear a loud "THUD" a couple times I could have promised she had a look like the cat in my sig.

I did, from the time I was a child (7-8 somewhere round there) she died of old age about 4 years ago.

She looked kinda like the one in my sig.

I grew up in a family of dog lovers, I wanted a cat (I love both) when someone stuffed a kitten in a trash bag and tossed it out the window of their truck, thats how I got what I wanted, my dad hated cats (til that cat, he admitted to liking them after giving my cat a chance), my mother had a weakness for strays....... so I got my cat.

I will get another one at least, eventually but right now I am on kitty box vacation.... the ONLY thing I hate about cats is litter duty.

:o That's terrible! I really hate people when they do cruel things like that. I've come into contact with many cats through horrible things like that. Anyway, I'm glad you adopted her. Funny though about your dad, I've had several cat haters grow to like cats after they adopted one (for whatever reason...). A few of these people are family members. Lol.

My cats are indoor/outdoor. I like it that way, the cats are happier. They're meant to go out and hunt anyway, it's a natural instinct. But I do have a litter box for one of my cats because he doesn't spend much time outdoors, he's fat and lazy and simply like's the house better. I understand the annoyance of cleaning a litter box though...

Double post:

After seeing that head-booping pic, I marched into the kitchen and scooped up my one cat, Teddy, because I wanted a head boop and he's famous for giving them.
The first boop didn't work so well (I head-butted his nose...).
The second was better, but then he swung back in my arms, raised his paws, and was looking like 'WHOOOA, don't touch meh!' which made me laugh so hard I turned red and had to put him down before I dropped him.

I'm still laughing....

Maybe later when he's lovey-dovey he'll give me a nice head boop.
