CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

In fact you should bring them to one of my family reunions and have them find out what insane truly is.
With some of my family I am the voice of reason, how is that for terrifying?

if a baptist who had the gift of healing says no to a woman who was healed of cancer and wanted to put a sign out in the church yard saying, "hill the healer". then how much more should we resist the temptation of advertising it like that.
i'm sorry, but i think a person should want to be identified by something other than what is only temporary and effects are only limited to life.
"gospel preacher", perhaps. everybody is going to die one day regardless. as much glorious as healing someone from a terminal disease is..isn't the saving of a soul from an eternity from hell much better?

Cause the makers of the game originally called it slap.I always wondered about that...why DOES paper beat rock?
They chose to make it paper instead as it was less physical and safe for kids to play.
Scissors were actually hedge clippers on fingers.
