Omgosh that totally bugs me. I don't think it's a southern thing. I've heard people from here that say it too.I hate when southerners say 'seen' instead of 'saw'. I've given my friends and family permission to slap silly if such a thing slips out of my mouth.

Ahh I love this.
I want to be a cat lady. And a plant lady. And a spider lady. And a reptile lady.
I wish there were more spiders around here.Well, now that it's summertime, I've got plenty of spiders coming around to terrorize me. You can have them if you like.![]()

If you see a red widow, catch it and mail* it to me!!!
(*I know that's not possible... poor thing would probaby die, but I can dream, right?)
How about this? Let's swap states for a while. LOL. I'd love to not have spiders around.
My cat loves to play with and eat spiders.
Deal!
My dream is to have three little square, clear boxes with all three of the main Latrodectus spiders from North America. A black, a brown and a red. I have already had a black and a brown, but the red only live in Florida.

How cute. Take a picture next time you see one?:o
*checks for next available flight*
Um...how's swapping tomorrow sound? LOL....You know, just so long as they stay OUTSIDE, I'm okay. All around our property we get these very tropical looking spiders (only during certain seasons), they can get pretty big too. They only stay outside, not the type like wolf spiders that often get indoors. I do love their webs though; they spin what looks like a Jacob's Ladder from top to bottom, and in the center (where the spidey resides
) is a little circle.
