CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

would y'all mind saying a quick prayer for me? I woke up with high blood sugar, been taking insulin and working out all day and the blood sugar just keeps going up higher. I'm 400 right now.

As if you didn't know...
The MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT of a person's life is their OPTIONS!!! OPTIONS are the best!!! Man, if you didn't have options, you wouldn't want to do anything, would you? Nah.. I didn't think so... Anyway...
Here's an example: Just say that you are going to take a test or something... since you have options... you can either...
A. Take the test, make a 100 and pass!
B. Stand up and shout at the teacher or instructor in as many foreign languages as possible.
C. Make odd clicking noises with your teeth and impersonate traveling stockbrokers from Istanbul.
D. Treat yourself and your friends to ice cream at a restaurant that specializes in cocoa puff cereal.
E. An INFINITE number of other possibilities!
See? Although I do not reccomend doing some of the above, you can clearly see why OPTIONS are the stuff of life! That's why I opted to write all this for you! Have a nice OPTION-filled day!
