  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Our Lord Jesus Christ has made certain men overseers of the church. They are to “rule” over those of the church not as kings but as servants….as those who minister….as those who feed the flock as best they can in all honesty. But there are many pastors who have let covetousness rule their hearts in this last day. Yet, they can change their ways. We see the message in Jeremiah 22 to the king of Judah also applies to the “kings” today that Jesus has appointed to oversee the church of God.

(Jer 22:2 KJV) And say, Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, thou, and thy servants, and thy people that enter in by these gates:

They are to execute judgment and righteousness…..they are to deliver those who have been deceived out of the hand of the oppressor…and do no wrong. They are to preach the revealed Truth in this last day which will release the captives from their “prison.” They are to no longer preach out of the covetousness of their own hearts…which promotes strife and division in the church….the “violence.”

3 Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.

If the pastors and church leaders who have been appointed overseers of the church can do this thing….then they shall be able to enter into the kingdom of God….to enter into the knowledge of Him…to know the mysteries of the gospel…to know the hidden Scripture of Truth. But how hard it is for the rich pastor to do these things….how hard it is for a rich pastor/church leader to enter into the kingdom of heaven. His own love for the things of this world will keep him out.

4 For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.

But if they will not hear these words, then their house shall become desolate. All the things that they have built….all the things they have gathered in covetousness…shall be desolated. The Lord will rebuke those whom he loves….he will rebuke those who will say “I am rich and need of nothing.”

5 But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.

Woe to him that builds his religious house by unrighteousness…..and his chambers by wrong…..that uses the people of God as merchandise…..using their services without paying their wages and gives him nothing for his work. Many pastors are enriching themselves in this last day….they are building great church buildings and great ministries for themselves upon the backs of those they are supposed to be feeding with the Truth. The rich pastors are fattening themselves in the day of slaughter….but they can repent….they can change their minds and ways for His Truth. They can turn back to God and feed His sheep. If they truly love Him, they will feed His sheep.

(Jer 22:13 KJV) Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;
14 That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is ceiled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.

Shall the rich pastor reign because he closes himself in cedar….in the strength of his riches? Jesus did not do these things…..Jesus did judgment and justice…..he is the example. Will we follow our own hearts or the knowledge of Him?

15 Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?
16 He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the LORD.

But many rich pastors’ eyes and their hearts will only be for their covetousness….the abomination of desolation. Many will not change their ways….their riches will blind their eyes from hearing and believing in the Truth when it is being revealed.

17 But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.

Those rich pastors that will not hear the revealed Word of God shall howl for their miseries that shall come upon them.

(James 5:1 KJV) Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.

They are heaping treasure together in the last days…..and the rust of their “gold and silver” shall be a witness against them. Who can not see the heaping of the treasures today? Who can not see many pastors going after the covetousness in their hearts….the abomination of desolation? Who can not see His house being made into a house of merchandise?

3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

Many will continue to defraud those under their care….many will not have preached the revealing of the Truth in due season….but instead will continue to heap up treasure through covetous preaching…continuing to build their religious empires in their drunkenness…..their covetousness….which is the wine of Babylon.

4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

And continuing in Jeremiah….we see we are not to lament for those who will suffer for their own stubbornness….. who will resist His Truth when it is spoken to them. We are not to lament saying…. “my brother…my sister in Christ.” We are not to lament for them saying they are “great men of God”…..or lament for their glory which will pass away as a fading flower.

18 Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
19 He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.
20 Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers are destroyed.

Jehovah will speak to them in their prosperity….while they are heaping up treasures in this last day….but many will say “I will not hear.” They will love the darkness more than the Light of God.

21 I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice.

They shall be ashamed and confounded for all their wickedness.

22 The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.

They shall be “gracious” only when their “pangs” shall come upon them….only when their desolation comes….because they will have refused to hear His Truth when it is revealed to them.

23 O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail!

For they, the rich pastors, will be saying “peace and safety” in the last days …..they will think they shall have peace within their hearts to continue pursuing after their covetousness….after hearing otherwise. They will think that no evil shall come upon them….they will think they shall not suffer the “pangs”…..that message is not for them. But, the “pangs” shall come upon them….as the pain of a woman in travail. They shall not escape:

(1 Th 5:3 KJV) For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

We are not to lament for them….because they will have rejected their own salvation from their sins. We are not to pray for them.

(Jer 7:16 KJV) Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me: for I will not hear thee.

They shall not escape….because they will not have heard and obeyed Jehovah when He will speak to them while they are in their prosperity. They are to depart from their own covetous ways and thinking and preach the Word of Truth to the people. They will say “Lord, Lord” when these things shall come upon them. Did we not do all those wonderful works in your name?

(Jer 11:11 KJV) Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.

Their riches…their doctrines and commandments of men….their gods…shall not save them in the time of their trouble. A time of great trouble is coming to the church leaders and their followers who will not depart from their covetous ways.

12 Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the gods unto whom they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble.
13 For according to the number of thy cities were thy gods, O Judah; and according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem have ye set up altars to that shameful thing, even altars to burn incense unto Baal.

We are not to lament for them….we are not to pray for them….because they will have chosen their own ways….the darkness of man’s own knowledge over the Light of the knowledge of God.

14 Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble.

We are not to be afraid of “sudden fear”….nor the desolation that will come upon those who will not hear His spoken, revealed Word of Truth.

(Prov 3:25 KJV) Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.
26 For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.

A “king”…a pastor/ruler over the flock of God…. is to hear the Word of God today and BELIEVE and repent of his covetous teaching and ways. He is to change his mind…repent…. and preach the revealed, true Word of God to the people…to feed the “sheep.” He is to believe God’s revelation of His Word of Truth and proclaim a “fast”….and put on “sackcloth”…just as the king of Nineveh did. This is not a literal fast and nor literal sackcloth….but it is a broken spirit….a contrite spirit….a humbling from the pride of the heart.

(Jonah 3:5 KJV) So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.

For the revealed Word of God will come to the “kings”…to the pastors and leaders of the churches. They are to “arise from the throne”….to stop exercising their authority over the people…..they are to humble themselves at His Truth. They are to lay their “robe” from them…..their covetous works of wickedness that they have covered themselves with.

6 For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.

They are to preach the Truth in all meekness of Spirit.

7 And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water:

Let every man and “beast” humble themselves at the Truth…..and cry mightily unto God. Let every on turn from his evil way…..from the strife, envying, divisions, hatred within the church…..from the “violence” that is in their hands. We are to love God and to love one another and so fulfilling the Law….the Instruction of life.

8 But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.
9 Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?

God will see our works of true repentance….our turning from our evil ways. It will go well with those who do.

10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

Jehovah is near to those that are of a broken heart….He will save those who are of a contrite heart. These are the true works of repentance....the true "sackcloth" that we are to clothe ourselves with.

(Psa 34:18 KJV) The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

These are the true sacrifices that God will not despise…..a broken spirit….a broken and contrite heart.

(Psa 51:17 KJV) The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

Jehovah comes to open up the eyes of our understanding to His knowledge. Let us not be like some of the kings who did “evil in the sight of Jehovah.”

(1 Ki 15:25 KJV) And Nadab the son of Jeroboam began to reign over Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned over Israel two years.

After we have received the knowledge of the Truth (the “sight” of Jehovah,) let us not continue to willfully sin….like king Nadab did.

26 And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of his father, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin.

Let the pastors and leaders not be like king Ahab who did evil in the sight of Jehovah….after having the knowledge of the Truth. Ahab did evil above all that were before him.

(1 Ki 16:30 KJV) And Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of the LORD above all that were before him.
31 And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

After we have received the knowledge of the Truth (the “sight” of Jehovah,) let us humble ourselves and believe in His Word. If we continue to willfully sin, then we are no better than king Ahab….who put up with the wife Jezebel. The “sight of Jehovah” = the FULL knowledge (Greek: epignosis)of the Truth.

(Heb 10:26 KJV) For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

The pastors and church leaders are the “eyes” of the body…of the church. They are the “overseers” of the church of God. If they are blinded by their covetousness, then the whole body is full of darkness…..those under their watch are in darkness. The sheep do not know the "meat" of the Truth...and they labor in man's grievous works of darkness under their task-master pastors.

(Mat 6:22 KJV) The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

A pastor or church leader can not serve two masters….he can not serve God and his love for money.....coveting after riches.

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

The Lord rebukes those whom he loves….he counsels them to buy of Him true wisdom…gold tried in fire.

(Rev 3:17 KJV) Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

The “eyes” ...the pastors of the churches....need the Spirit of Truth to guide them into all things….so that they may “see” His knowledge in the Scriptures.

18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Like the king of Nineveh, they are to be zealous of God...to cry mightily to Him.....to believe in His Word of Truth....and REPENT....to change their minds.

19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

If they can open the door to their hearts, he will come in and sup with them and he with them. The pastor can then truly understand His will…His knowledge. They can partake of the supper of the TRUE sayings of God....the Scripture of Truth. The pastor can truly rule with the King in His throne of judgment then. He can then be ruler of all His things….if those rulers can overcome their own covetousness.

21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Like John, then AFTER THIS (overcoming) they can LOOK and BEHOLD…….the door shall be opened to all heavenly understanding of the Scriptures. He shall show us things to come….that is what the Spirit of Truth shall do. The Spirit ….the testimony of Jesus….shall show us by interpreting what is written in the Scriptures….the prophecies. We are to be caught up "hither" in His knowledge.

4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be hereafter.

Then the pastor or church leader….the “eye”…can truly “see” in the Spirit of Truth….who shall show him all things that are to come. Then the pastor can be a true “king” in the throne with the Son and the Father.

2 And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

If we can overcome our covetous hearts, then the Spirit of Truth shall show us the things that shall be hereafter…..he will show us things to come….by the heavenly understanding of the Scriptures being opened. He will guide us into ALL Truth.

(John 16:13 KJV) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

Who is the faithful and wise servant (the faithful pastor,) whom his Lord has made “ruler” over His household, to give the sheep of God their “meat” of the Truth in due season ( the last day)?

(Mat 24:45 KJV) Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Blessed is that servant-pastor….for He shall make him “ruler” over all of His goods….in ALL TRUTH. He shall be able to sit down in the throne of judgment with the Father and Son.

47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

The King that will sit in His throne of judgment shall scatter away all evil with His “eyes”….with His servant-pastors that will feed His sheep with the Truth and be able to sit with Him in the throne of judgment.

(Prov 20:8 KJV) A king that sitteth in the throne of judgment scattereth away all evil with his eyes.

Thanks Wheeler , for your thoughful posts !

I am leary of all religions/ daughters of men because of Revelations Rev 17:5And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

If John the revelator marveled at this while being in the Spirit on the Lords day , how easy is it for us to be decieved with that same admiration ? I do not want no part of that glorying in the wrong thing !

You have helped me to see how deceptive false religion is and how much more we need the Spirit and Truth to remain faithful till the end ..
In Jesus peace C ........

Hi Chickapee,

Thank you for your kind words. I haven’t helped you see….only our Father in heaven can do that. I am just here posting what comes to my mind as a labor of love…..and hoping others would just consider these things only. I know I must come across as some crazy man in here…way off in another galaxy….but I just don’t care what others think. I have kind of internalized for myself what was said to Timothy by Paul…..until the Lord comes….give attendance to reading, exhortation and teaching…doctrine.

(1 Tim 4:13 KJV) Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

To meditate upon these things….to continue in them….

(1 Tim 4:15 KJV) Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Babylon does sit upon “many waters”…..she has ruled over MANY people in the churches.

(Rev 17:1 KJV) And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great harlot that sitteth upon many waters:

She sits as a queen upon MANY in the church….the “waters.” The “waters” also symbolize the “tongues”….the many denomination doctrines that are taught in the many different divisions. They are "confusion."

(Rev 17:15 KJV) And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

The “kings of the earth” have gotten rich off of the “confusion” (the meaning of Babylon) of the understanding of the Bible. They have gotten rich off the “mystery.” They are the pastors, priests, reverends, church leaders who have drunk the “wine” of her fornication. The wine of Babylon is covetousness….which is the root of ALL evil. They…the pastors…have made others drunk…the inhabitants of the earth.

Rev 17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

The pastors and church leaders are the “merchants of the earth”…..they have grown rich with the confusion over what the Bible is really saying. They have wrested the Scriptures for their own gain among men. They have ruled over the earthly witness of the Bible….they have marred what it is saying and have cast Truth to the ground.

(Rev 18:3 KJV) For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

Covetousness is the ROOT of all evil…it is the root of pride….it is the root of strife…it is the root of divisions and envying and hatred in church. It is the root of all deceptive preaching…the wresting of the earthly witness of the Scriptures. Covetousness is the abomination of desolation…..that has made His temple….His people…into a house of merchandise by false prophets. The wars…the strife…the divisions of the church…have come because of covetousness.

(James 4:1 KJV) From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

James wrote this to ALL of Israel….to the 12 tribes that have been “scattered abroad.”

(James 1:1 KJV) James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

The rich pastors are to humble themselves at the revealing of the Truth in this last day. They are to HEAR and BELIEVE in the Truth….the spiritual witness of Christ Jesus….who will open up the Scriptures to our understanding. God resists the proud….those that will oppose and contradict the Truth. But He gives grace to those who can humble themselves from their own high, religious thoughts and ways.

(James 4:6 KJV) But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

We can be zealous and repent….we can resist the devil and he will flee from us. Resist the “beast” that comes out of the heart…for all evil comes from WITHIN.

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

We can draw near to Him….we can cleanse our hands from our covetous church works…we can purify our hearts in the knowledge of His revealed Truth that is to be preached in this last day by our Lord Jesus Christ.

8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

We can humble ourselves…and cry mightily to God…..we can “fast” from our own wickedness and put on “sackcloth.”

9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

The rich pastors can humble themselves in the “sight of the Lord”…in His revealing of the full knowledge of the Truth….and He shall lift them up.

10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Let us remember those in the past who did wickedness in the “sight of Jehovah.” The pastors are the “eyes” of the church body. Not everyone is an “eye” of the body. EVERY “EYE” shall see Him coming in the “clouds”…in the witnesses’ words of the Scriptures. They shall “see” Him coming. How will they respond to the revealing of the Truth? Will they resist the devil that has snared them in a trap and humbly accept the Truth? Or will they be full of pride and exalt themselves against the coming revelation of the Truth?

(Rev 1:7 KJV) Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Let us remember what happened to “Er”…which means “watchful”….who did wickedness in the “sight of Jehovah.”

(Gen 38:7 KJV) And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD slew him.

Let us remember Zimri….who died for his own sins when he sinned in doing evil in the “sight of Jehovah.” For after receiving the full discernment of the Truth….the “sight” of His knowledge, there is no more sacrifice for our sins…our willful preaching for covetousness….and making merchandise of His people. When the commandment comes “thou shall not COVET,” will the pastor continue to sin? The sins will be upon our own heads….because then they will not have been done in ignorance of the Scripture of Truth.

(1 Ki 16:18 KJV) And it came to pass, when Zimri saw that the city was taken, that he went into the palace of the king's house, and burnt the king's house over him with fire, and died,
19 For his sins which he sinned in doing evil in the sight of the LORD, in walking in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin which he did, to make Israel to sin.

Those that can humble themselves at the revealing of His Truth shall be exalted.

(James 1:9 KJV) Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:

But the rich pastor who can not deny himself shall be made low….he shall be humbled in a very painful process. His glory shall be as the “flower of the grass”…it shall fade away.

10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.

The revealing of the Truth shall burn away all falsehoods…all confusion over the Scriptures. It shall destroy all those things that have been built upon the confusion of the Bible. And those who shall cling onto those things shall be consumed in the wickedness of the city….the wickedness of Sodom….the plagues and sins of Babylon. The grace of "fashion" of the things we see now in the church world shall perish.

11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.
12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

We are to remember…..that ALL evil comes from WITHIN. The “beast” ascends out of the “bottomless pit” of man’s own heart. Will man… as the beast that perishes…. arise against the Truth in his prideful covetousness?

14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

The rich pastor or church leader is to humble himself at His revealing of the Truth. He shall open up His “dark saying” upon the harp….He shall interpret His parables of the Bible for those to hear. The Bible shall give a certain, clear sound….as a musical instrument. It shall sing a “new song” in the ears of those who hear what the Spirit says.

(Psa 49:4 KJV) I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.
5 Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?

We are to humble ourselves at His interpretation of His “dark sayings.” The rich pastor who will instead trust in his own wealth and will boast in his multitude of his riches can not save himself. His wonderful works done in His name can not save him…..even if he says “Lord, Lord”….have I not done all these things in your name?

6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;
7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:

They will have refused the redemption of their soul….their own life….as they try to hold onto to their current lifestyle. They will think that it is too costly for them to give it all up. How hard it is for the rich pastor to give up his own doings…his own “life” that he has built up for himself…..in order to enter into His kingdom. His own soul...his own life in this world...shall be caught up in iniquity...the reprobate mind....to be filled with all unrighteousness because he will have refused to hear the Truth.

8 (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)

And so the rich pastor shall believe in a lie…..he shall trust in his own riches and say that he will have “peace and safety” to continue making merchandise of the flock. He shall say with in his own heart that he will not see the evil that is determined for him if he doesn’t repent.

9 That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.
10 For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.
11 Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.

The rich, celebrity pastor who will seek to keep his place of honor in this world is like the “beasts” that perish. He shall perish in his own wickedness.

12 Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.

And they will have their followers who will approve of their sayings….who will follow after their pernicious ways and will speak evil of the revealed Way of Truth.

13 This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.

They shall…. in their pride….DENY…contradict and oppose….the Lord who will open up His dark sayings of the Bible. They will refuse to believe in the Truth and many will approve of their sayings in this last day.

(2 Pet 2:1 KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

Selah. Compare two verses: Psalm 49: 13 with 2 Peter 2:2. “This their way is their folly” = many shall follow their pernicious ways. “Yet their posterity approve their sayings” = by reason of whom the Way of Truth shall be evil spoken of.

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

And through COVETOUSNESS….worshiping the BEAST…..shall they with feigned words (devouring like the mouth of a lion) make merchandise of you. Their judgment shall be quick in the last day when the Truth is revealed.

3 And through covetousnessshall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

(Psa 49:20 KJV) Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.

Amen to all you have said Wheeler , and yes TO GOD BE THE GLORY !!!

I agree the beast is within !
but also there is a spirit that is among the religious .. that Jesus spoke to and warned against in the New testament
it is an anit christ spirit
and the false christs.. that if it were possible even the very elect / called out would be
deceived , by beliving in anything that is not our Lord Himself , like you pointed out in Pauls witness , till the Lord comes!!! in Spirit and in Truth to set us free from sin and death .......

Luk 21[URL="http://www.blueletterbible.org/Bible.cfm?b=Mat&c=24&t=KJV#24"]Mat 24:24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders;

insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mar 13:22For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce,

if [it were] possible, even the elect.:

8[/URL]And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived:

for many shall come in my name, saying, I am [Christ]; and the time draweth near:

go ye not therefore after them.

i agree that covetness wanting to glory in them selves and their works and glory in others flesh all in the name of God is very deceptive
its always been clear, God looks at the heart of every intent , no flesh pleases God ..

I do praise God for all He is doing and cannot wait till we can fully be in His kingdom , that is not of this world
and nothing can enter that defiles or is unclean , filthy fleshy or evil

what a wonderful thing awaits those whom the Lord God accepts in Jesus Christ righteousness , by faith and grace ...

in Jesus peace ..... C

Amen Chickapee!

I agree with you about the antichrist spirit….and it is “religious” ….and has led many astray. There are “grievous wolves” among the churches….there are false prophets who have “arisen” and have spoke perverse things to draw away disciples after them.

(Acts 20:29 KJV) For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

We are to “watch and remember” so that we are not led astray by them. Jesus and Paul had forewarned us about them. But “many” have gone down the wrong path….guided by false prophets. They have not “watched” and remembered. They have fallen "asleep"....they have fallen into the temptation.

31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.
32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

And here is their (the false prophets and false christs) trademark responsible for their behavior: COVETOUSNESS. This is THE abomination of desolation….the abomination that has scattered the flock…that has not spared the flock.

33 I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel.
34 Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.

Church leaders are more blessed to GIVE rather than RECEIVE. They are to minister to His sheep and not feed themselves.

35 I have showed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

“Coveting” means according to the dictionary: “to desire (what belongs to another) inordinately or culpably. intransitive verb. : to feel inordinate desire for what belongs to another.”

There are many pastors and church leaders who are coveting after what is NOT THEIRS….other people’s money and things…such as their time and effort to help support their own kingdom….their “ministries.” They COVET after the sheep of God which is NOT theirs. Our God is a jealous God. He is coming to take BACK His sheep that they have “stolen” by false preaching. He comes to take back what is rightfully His by revealing the Truth which will set many free from their captors. False prophets fraudulently use the Bible to support their covetous practices….they preach with lying lips….falsehoods. The pastor-thief comes only to steal…to “kill”…to destroy….by leading the sheep down the wrong path. He robs them of the peace, love and joy of the Spirit. But our Lord comes to reveal the Truth so that those who have succumbed to their ways and teaching can OVERCOME…so that they may have true LIFE.

(John 10:10 KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Thief-pastors that are greedy of gain takes away the life……

(Prov 1:19 KJV) So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof.

Thief-pastors that are greedy of gain troubles his own house. There is strife and envy.

(Prov 15:27 KJV) He that is greedy of gain troubleth his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall live.

The thief-pastors are like “wolves” ravening the prey….the sheep of God. That make merchandise of them….and in the process they shed blood….they bring envy, strife and hatred into their four walls. They destroy souls….all for dishonest gain…for covetousness.

(Ezek 22:27 KJV) Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain.
28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered mortar, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.
29 The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.

Covetousness is THE root of ALL evil…it is responsible for the divisions, the hatred, the strife and envy in the church. To “covet” is to lust after another’s property. Through covetousness, the grievous wolves….the wayward pastors….have not spared the flock. They are men pleasers in their flattering words.

(1 Th 2:4 KJV) But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.

Their flattering words are only a cloak for their covetousness.

5 For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloak of covetousness; God is witness:

They seek glory among men.

6 Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.

They have scattered the flock among many denominations….and the sheep know not their right hand from their left….like the people of Nineveh. But our Lord comes to heal those who will hear and believe. He will come to bring life to the hearers and doers of the revealed Word of Truth. Religious men can OVERCOME.

(Isa 57:17 KJV) For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart.
18 I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.
19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him.

Covetous preachers worship the “beast”….covetousness. Covetousness is THE idol in the temple. Covetousness is the true spiritual idolatry.

(Col 3:5 KJV) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

Covetousness….the lusting for another’s property….is THE abomination of desolation standing where it ought not be. We are the temple of God….it should not be in our hearts…it should not be in our church gatherings…it should not be in our pastors’ hearts. When we see it in our churches, we are to FLEE the abomination of desolation….covetousness….the idolatry.

(1 Cor 10:14 KJV) Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

We are to FLEE from the abomination of desolation….covetousness. When we “see” this…when we UNDERSTAND this…we are to flee from it.

(Mat 24:15 KJV) When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Those who are in Christ Jesus (Judaea) are to FLEE to the “mountains”…the mountains of God…to His righteousness.

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

His righteousness are like the great mountains….we are to FLEE to His mountains of righteousness….and He shall preserve us.

(Psa 36:6 KJV) Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.

We are to FLEE from the ROOT of all evil…..coveting after money.

(1 Tim 6:10 KJV) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

We are to FLEE….from THE abomination of desolation…..into the “mountains” of His righteousness. We are to follow after righteousness.

11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

We are to FLEE spiritual “fornication” ….which is COVETOUSNESS. A harlot does things for money. It leads people astray from God. Those who do these things err from the faith.

(1 Cor 6:18 KJV) Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

We are the temple of the Spirit of God….covetousness should not be standing where it ought not be. We are not to be joined with spiritual Jezebel.

19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Loving “reward”….coveting after money….is spiritual fornication.

(Hosea 9:1 KJV) Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as other people: for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor.

Spiritual “Jezebel” is the “woman”….the “wife”….that many put up with in the churches. She is the spirit of error who teaches and seduces His servants to commit spiritual “fornication”…and to eat things sacrificed to idols.

(Rev 2:20 KJV) Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

Like Ahab, those that are “married” to that spirit of error, Jezebel, are “stirred up” by her to do abominable things in following idols. They preach falsehoods by wresting the Scriptures for their own covetousness…..they commit spiritual “fornication” with her.

(1 Ki 21:25 KJV) But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.
26 And he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

An example of a teaching that seduces people to commit fornication and to eat things sacrificed unto idols is the “prosperity gospel.” It is steeped in covetousness….the true idolatry. No servant can serve two masters….one can not serve God and money. One must choose between the living God and “Baal”….which means “master.” One must not "sell himself" to work covetous works. What would one give up in exchange for his very soul?

(Luke 16:13 KJV) No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

The Pharisees were covetous……so are many modern day “Pharisees” in the church.

14 And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.

That which is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the “sight of God”….in the knowledge of God. Covetousness…..coveting after money….is the abomination of desolation that we are to flee from when we understand. ….in the “sight of God.”

15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

This is what Elijah showed us…..that the prophets of “Baal” are in error. They serve the wrong master. Today, there are still many prophets of “Baal” in the church…for they serve their love of money…their “master”….their “Baal.” They let sin rule over them….they follow after the flesh and not the Spirit. They commit spiritual fornication with Jezebel……they “eat” at her table with teachings that seduce people into straying away from God and His righteousness.

(1 Ki 18:19 KJV) Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel's table.
20 So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel.

One can not serve Jehovah and the love of money….the “Baal.”

21 And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

We must “put away” that “wife” Jezebel….we must divorce her and marry the Truth. We are to “put away” that wife Jezebel because of spiritual fornication....that is "lawful"...that is the instruction.

(Mat 19:9 KJV) And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

We are to know the false prophets…the prophets of Baal….by their “fruits.” Their fruits are fruits of unrighteousness…the thorns and thistles: covetousness, pride, boastful speaking, unthankful attitudes, being lovers of themselves, false accusations, etc.

(Mat 7:15 KJV) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

The revealing of the hidden Truth in this last day shall reveal what is in the hearts of men. The corrupt tree (false prophet) shall bring forth evil fruit against the revealing of the Truth and will maliciously speak against those who will follow after righteousness. The man of sin (the prophets of falsehoods) shall be manifest for all to see….for out of the abundance of the heart does a man speak….the bad things will come out of the corrupt heart. Perilous times are coming because many pastors and church leaders shall show us who they really are by their reaction to the revealing of the Truth that shall be spoken to them. It will mean the end of their lifestyles as kings over the flock. It will threaten their power and prestige and riches.
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree that will not bring forth good fruit…the fruits of righteousness…the fruit of repentance…shall be cast into the “fire”…..being given over to a reprobate mind to be filled with all unrighteousness. They will be consumed by their own lusts which will drown them in perdition and sorrows.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

But chiefly those pastors and church leaders with their followers who shall not depart from their coveting after the things of this world and will have despised the revealing of the Truth….the “mastery” of the Scriptures…..the “government” of God. Their sins will be upon their own heads….as they will speak and do things against the revelation of the Truth willfully and without the fear of God.

(2 Pet 2:10 KJV) But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

As “natural, brute beasts” they shall be taken by their own love of money…covetousness….for they will speak evil of the revelation of the Truth….and shall perish in their own corruption in THIS life….the “lake of fire.” They shall not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. Instead, they will think that no evil shall come upon them as they willfully continue on wresting the Scriptures and deceiving people.

(2 Pet 2:12 KJV) But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

Those that will be destitute of the Truth….because they will not believe in it when they hear it….shall speak their perverse disputings. They will suppose that their gain is a sign of their godliness. We are to withdraw from those who worship the abomination of desolation….covetousness.

(1 Tim 6:5 KJV) Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

For those men who will despise the government of God and will continue to willfully covet shall “drown” in their own corruption…in ruin and perdition.

9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

They will be like the herd of swine feeding on their own lusts. They are a “good way off” from the Truth….because they will refuse to come to the Light of God and have their evil deeds manifest.

(Mat 8:30 KJV) And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.

The end of them will be worse than the beginning as they will be given over to a reprobate mind to be filled and works with all unrighteousness.

31 So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.

The whole herd of them shall run violently into the way of Cain and run greedily after the error of Baalam for REWARD because they will refuse the Truth. They shall perish in the “gainsaying of Core.” They shall perish in their own corruption…being “drowned” in ruin and tribulation and anguish…IN THIS LIFE.

32 And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

The swine….the pastors that feed themselves in the “mountain” of authority…shall run violently….greedily after the error of Baalam for REWARD…for the covetousness of their own hearts.

(Jude 1:11 KJV) Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Like the prophets of Baal who cried aloud and cut themselves……so shall men pierce themselves in sorrow for their love of money.

(1 Ki 18:28 KJV) And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.

Their riches shall not save them….their wonderful works shall not save them. The “wonderful works” of the hands of false prophets are worthless idols that cannot speak.

29 And it came to pass, when midday was past, and they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded.

Those who follow after their covetousness….for the love of money…. pierce themselves through with many sorrows.

(1 Tim 6:10 KJV) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Christ Jesus comes to speak to us in the Spirit of Truth….who shall show us all of the Scripture of Truth…and shall reveal to religious man his sin. Religious man has been living in ignorance of the Truth….and has been forgiven for the things he knows not what he does. But our Lord is coming to speak to us….He comes to reveal His knowledge….and there will no longer be any sacrifice for sin for those who willfully continue on in their covetousness.

(John 15:22 KJV) If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

He comes to speak to us today in the Spirit of Truth…..we are to receive the knowledge of the Truth and be saved from our sins and trespasses. We are to be delivered from false prophets whose words have deceived us.

(Heb 10:26 KJV) For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

But, there will be those who will speak evil of the Way of Truth….for out of the abundance of the heart does the mouth speak great swelling, proud, contradictory words.

(Mat 12:34 KJV) O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

A good man shall hear and believe in the revealing of the Truth. He shall humble himself and be saved. But the evil man shall rise up in his own religious pride and blaspheme against the Spirit of Truth. He shall stubbornly cling on to his denominational thinking and covetous ways.

35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

The preaching of the revealed Truth (Christ Jesus) shall bring the resurrection of the “just” and the unjust. For the “just” shall hear and “awake to righteousness” while the “unjust” will rise up and speak against the Truth in his pride. By our words….which come out of the abundance of our hearts…shall we be justified or condemned. The resurrection of the “just and unjust” shall be the time of judgment.

37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

That which comes out of the mouth of the religious man who will disesteem the Truth is what will defile him. For by his words spoken against the revealing of the Truth, shall he be judged.

(Mat 15:11 KJV) Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

We are the temple of God. By speaking against the revealing of the Truth do we defile the temple. Whoever defiles the temple of God, him shall God destroy.

(1 Cor 3:16 KJV) Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Whoever will speak against what the Spirit of Truth says in the last day will not be forgiven. The blasphemy is the “railing, the vilification” of what the Spirit will say to us.

(Mat 12:31 KJV) Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men:but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

Again…..out of the abundance of the heart does the mouth speak…whether for the revealed Truth or against it.

33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.
34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

We are to hear and know our sins in this last day. We have been living in ignorance of them. And when we see the abomination of desolation….covetousness…make a stand against the Truth, we are to leave those who will continue to worship the “idol”…. “Baal.” For what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? We can not serve two masters….God and the coveting after money. We can not continue to fellowship with those who call themselves brothers and sisters and yet are covetous.

(2 Cor 6:16 KJV) And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

We are to come out from among them and be separate…..the wheat from the tares…the sheep from the goats. We are not to touch the “unclean thing” of religious man….the covetousness which is idolatry.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Through the revealing of the Truth…Christ Jesus, we can cleanse ourselves from all the filthiness of the flesh and spirit. He gives us an opportunity in the year of salvation to depart from our sins….from the covetousness….from the divisions….from the strife….from the envy…from the blasphemies…that we have all taken part of in our churches. The “fear of God” is the beginning of His heavenly wisdom. We are to hear His revealed Word and be in awe and fear…..as we work out our salvation.

7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

In the news lately, there have been reports of a series of masses of animal and fish deaths. Thousands of birds have fell out of the skies and tens of thousands of fish have washed up on the shores in various regions as of late. And as we know, there was also the death of a herd of about 2000 swine many years ago who ran violently down a steep place and was “choked” in the sea….they perished. This biblical report of a mass animal death shows us a prophecy of the end time for those who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. There will be those of the church who not believe in the revealing of the Truth in this last day. The “great” herd of swine represents those high and mighty leaders who will not even consider the Truth. Like swine who do not “chew the cud”…..they will not hear and believe…they will not consider…they will not ruminate the Truth in their hearts. They represent those who will despise the government of God and will not depart from their own lusts of their fleshly minds.

(Mark 5:11 KJV) Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
12 And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.

Jesus will give them “leave”….give them over to a reprobate mind to be filled with all unrighteousness....as they rush to the lake of fire...to perish in their own sins and corruption.

13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.

Like the herd of swine, they will have gone in the way of Cain and will have ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward and will perish in the gainsaying of Core.

(Jude 1:11 KJV) Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

The unclean spirits shall enter into the “swine” and the last state of them shall be worse than the first. They will be given over to a reprobate mind to be filled with all unrighteousness. They will have forgotten that they have been purged of sins through the sacrifice of Jesus.

(Mat 12:44 KJV) Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

The “swine” will deny…contradict and oppose…the Lord who had bought them….bringing upon themselves swift destruction…as they violently run down a steep place into the lake of fire. They will not consider the Truth…they will not “chew the cud” ….proving that they are unclean.

(2 Pet 2:1 KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

And many shall follow their pernicious ways….right off the cliff into the sea of destruction. By our words shall we be judged. How will religious man respond to the revealing of the Truth?

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

Many will follow the pernicious ways of them….in the way of Cain who hated his brother because Abel was righteous while his own deeds were evil. People who call themselves “Christians” will be those who hate us over the love for the revealed Truth. This is how we are going to distinguish between a wheat and a tare….between those who serve God and those who only serve their own bellies. They shall not love his brothers who will receive the Truth.

(1 John 3:10 KJV) In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

Cain was a “tiller of the ground”….and so are the modern day “Cains” of the church…who build earthy religious ministries with their earthly wisdom…not being led by the Spirit. They will be angry when they hear that their sacrifices…. their church works of their own hands….are empty and vain. They will be “wroth” when they will hear that they have been worshipping God in vain….that their commandments and teachings of men are nothing but of the earth…of the flesh. Their “wonderful works” will not be able to save them.

(Gen 4:5 KJV) But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
6 And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

But they will be given instruction….they can overcome their sins. The evil man can overcome.

7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

But the man of sin will let sin rule over him….and he will hate those who will love and receive the Truth….those whose sacrifices will be accepted by God because they will humble themselves. Instead, the man of sin shall “rise up” like Cain….in his pride…against those who will love the Truth.

8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.

The “swine” will go in the way of Cain….they will run greedily after the error of Balaam. Balaam was greedy for gain….and so will the last day pastors who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. Balaam’s way was “perverse” before God.

(Num 22:32 KJV) And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Wherefore hast thou smitten thine ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me:

He did not follow God’s instruction who had told Balaam to go with them only if the men would call to him. God had said to Balaam that IF the men would come to call him, then he would rise up and go with them. The “if” was conditional!

(Num 22:20 KJV) And God came unto Balaam at night, and said unto him, If the men come to call thee, rise up, and go with them; but yet the word which I shall say unto thee, that shalt thou do.

But Balaam, instead, hastily rises up in the morning and goes with them without the princes of Moab calling him first. His anxious departure was motivated by his greed for all of the things that Balak had offered him….the “rewards of divination” …and great honor. The last day covetous pastors also run quickly after reward. They handle the Word of God deceitfully….the “divination.” They merchandise the Word of God for the covetousness of their hearts.

21 And Balaam rose up in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.
22 And God's anger was kindled because he went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants were with him.

Every one that is hasty will be brought to poverty.

(Prov 21:5 KJV) The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.

The last day covetous pastors will forsake the Way of Truth because of their love of the wages of unrighteousness….like Balaam. They will not be able to cease from their sin….from their covetousness….even after hearing the Truth.

(2 Pet 2:14 KJV) Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

Their rebellion shall be as the sin of witchcraft….and their stubbornness will be as iniquity and idolatry. They will have rejected the Way of Truth….the revealed Word of God. They, in turn, shall be rejected as leaders of His people….just as Saul was.

(1 Sam 15:23 KJV) For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

They shall perish in their own corruption…in their own greediness for gain. They shall perish in the “gainsaying of Core.”

(Jude 1:11 KJV) Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

To “gainsay” means to “contradict, to disobey, to reject. They shall reject the revealed Truth when they hear it. They shall vilify and reject it. Korah rebelled against God and Moses with his insubordinate attitude. His words were proud and his heart was stubborn. They despised the government of Moses who God had put in authority.. This is all a prophecy for the end-time pastors who will do the same. We are to remember the past or we are doomed to repeat it. REMEMBER…REMEMBER….REMEMBER. Those pastors and church leaders who will not remember what Korah and his fellows did and how they suffered will be repeating their errors.

(Num 16:1 KJV) Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:

Will many pastors also despise the government of God when His Truth is being revealed? Will they rise up in their pride as they did before Moses? These men were the “princes”….the “famous” in the congregation. They were the “men of renown.” History will repeat itself in the church. The last day covetous pastors…those men of renown…will not humble themselves at the revealing of the Truth. They will, instead, contradict and oppose the Message.

2 And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:
3 And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

These men were murmurers.

(Num 16:11 KJV) For which cause both thou and all thy company are gathered together against the LORD: and what is Aaron, that ye murmur against him?

In this last day…there will also be these murmurers…..complainers in the church….like Korah and his group. They shall walk after their own lusts and shall despise the government of God.

(Jude 1:16 KJV) These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

And we are to REMEMBER what Jehovah says to Moses and the congregation.

(Num 16:23 KJV) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
24 Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.
25 And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.

We also are to depart from the company of those who will willfully reject the Truth. We are to depart from the “tents of these wicked men”….and touch nothing of theirs. We are to hate the teachings of man….his covetousness….the “garment” stained by the fleshly mind of man. Their “religious” teachings are just a “cloak” for their covetousness. We are to depart from them so as not to share in the sins…by which they will be consumed …the lake of fire. They shall be consumed by their sins…the reprobate mind. There shall not be peace to the wicked.

26 And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.
27 So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.

We are to come out from among them....and touch not the unclean thing which is covetousness. We are to depart from their "tents" or be consumed by their sins and corruption....the "lake of fire."

(2 Cor 6:17 KJV) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

Then the “earth” swallowed them up alive….those who strove against Moses and Aaron…..and Jehovah. The “famous” in the church shall also be swallowed up by their own sins…..they shall perish in their own corruption.

(Num 26:9 KJV) And the sons of Eliab; Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. This is that Dathan and Abiram, which were famous in the congregation, who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah, when they strove against the LORD:

We are to REMEMBER Korah and his company of antichrists. They are a SIGN that we are to remember and understand. ….because events are about to repeat themselves in the church at the revealing of the Truth. Will there be men who will rise up in their pride against the Truth? Korah tells us so….because he is a witness of God’s judgment.

10 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah, when that company died, what time the fire devoured two hundred and fifty men: and they became a sign.

Those that will hear and believe in the Truth in this last day are to depart from the “tents” of the Korahs of the church. Those “children of Korah” who have been living within their influence can escape from them….from those who are living in error of the Truth. The “children of Korah” died not….and so those who will escape from covetous pastors and congregations shall NOT perish in their sins and corruption.

11 Notwithstanding the children of Korah died not.

We can read the psalms for the “sons of Korah” in the book of Psalms in a new light. The “sons of Korah” are those who will depart from those who are living in error in the churches.

(Psa 85:1 KJV) To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. LORD, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.

He forgives those who were dead in trespasses and sins….when they were ignorantly deceived by false prophets…by covetous pastors.

2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.

(Num 16:26 KJV) And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.

wow thats awesome study Wheeler
Eastons Bible dic .

for more info on Korah ......

Korah Ice, hail.

(1.) The third son of Esau, by Aholibamah (Gen 36:14; Ch1 1:35).

(2.) A Levite, the son of Izhar, the brother of Amram, the father of Moses and Aaron (Exo 6:21).

The institution of the Aaronic priesthood and the Levitical service at Sinai was a great religious revolution.

The old priesthood of the heads of families passed away.

This gave rise to murmurings and discontent, while the Israelites were encamped at Kadesh for the first time,

which came to a head in a rebellion against Moses and Aaron, headed by Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.

Two hundred and fifty princes, "men of renown" i.e., well-known men from among the other tribes, joined this conspiracy.

The whole company demanded of Moses and Aaron that the old state of things should be restored,

alleging that "they took too much upon them" (Num 16:1).

On the morning after the outbreak, Korah and his associates presented themselves at the door of the tabernacle,

and "took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon."

But immediately "fire from the Lord" burst forth and destroyed them all (Num 16:35).

Dathan and Abiram "came out and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children," and it came to pass "that the ground clave asunder that was under them; and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed them up." A plague thereafter began among the people who sympathized in the rebellion,

and was only stayed by Aaron's appearing between the living and the dead, and making "an atonement for the people" (Num 16:47).

The descendants of the sons of Korah who did not participate in the rebellion afterwards rose to eminence in the Levitical service.

Korahites That portion of the Kohathites that descended from Korah.

(1.) They were an important branch of the singers of the Kohathite division (Ch2 20:19).

There are eleven psalms (Ps. 42 - 49; Psa 84:1; Psa 85:1; Psa 87:1; 88)

dedicated to the sons of Korah. (2.) Some of the sons of Korah also were "porters" of the temple (Ch1 9:17); one of them was over "things that were made in the pans" (Ch1 9:31), i.e., the baking in pans for the meat-offering (Lev 2:5).

Kore Partridge. (1.) A Levite and temple-warder of the Korahites, the son of Asaph. He was father of Shallum and Meshelemiah, temple-porters (Ch1 9:19; Ch1 26:1).

(2.) A Levitical porter at the east gate of the temple (Ch2 31:14). (3.) In Ch1 26:19 the word should be "Korahites," as in the Revised Version.
Korhites A Levitical family descended from Korah (Exo 6:24; Ch1 12:6; Ch1 26:1; Ch2 20:19).

Thanks for showing this in more depth and perception ..
I always wondered about this !!! was the gainsaying/ contradiction or speaking lies ,, they spoke of against Moses and Aaron '''that all the men were holy '''??? but they were not all holy in the congregation ... this is the sign than still today ?

the men of Core / KORAH in the new testament
Jud 1:11Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Strong's G2879 - Kore Korah = "baldness"
1) a man who, with others, rebelled against Moses

Num 16:3 And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them,

[Ye take] too much upon you, seeing all the congregation [are] holy, every one of them,

and the LORD [is] among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

you have given more for me to think on about this Wheeler

Hi Chickapee,

This is all about the “man of sin” being revealed. A time is coming when those who are His will be distinguished from those who do not….a separation of the tares from the wheat…the sheep from the goats. Korah obscures any distinction by saying that everyone is holy....without sin.

(Num 16:5 KJV) And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will show who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.

Right now in the churches…it is not apparent who they are. The tares have grown up with the wheat. Korah and his company of “men of renown” are a sign of those who will be the “man of sin.” They are described as a single “man” because of their unification against the Truth…against Moses who spoke the revealed Word of God concerning sin. When a group of people are unified in a purpose, they are like ONE man.

(Judg 6:16 KJV) And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.

The “man of sin” shall rise up in his pride against the preaching of the revealed Truth…. just like they did before Moses.

(Num 16:2 KJV) And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:

They shall gather themselves together as “one man” as did Korah and the famous in the congregation. Like Cain, they will have hatred for the brothers and sisters who preach and hear and believe in the revealed Word of God. Like Korah, they will rise up to oppose those who preach the revealed Truth. THEY will be the ones who are lifting themselves up above the churches of Jehovah. They will be unified in their hatred, in their covetousness and in their opposition of the preaching of the Truth. They will falsely accuse those who preach the revealed Truth as ones that are lifting themselves up…..just like they did with Moses.

3 And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

Korah and his group are the ones who have greatly fallen away….they are the sign of the “man of sin” that will fall away in his rebellion.

(2 Th 2:3 KJV) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

The man of sin will oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God. Yet, the man of sin, like Korah, will be accusing those who preach the Truth for the very same thing that they will be doing themselves.

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

Here is the key word: REMEMBER. We are to remember all of these things.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

Like Korah, they will be pastors and church leaders….spiritual “Levites” of the churches. They “stand before the congregation” to minister to the churches. These will be men in high places who will vehemently oppose the government of God when the Truth shall be revealed. Thus, they will expose their true hearts….hearts that are exercised with covetous practices. They will covet their power over the flock of God…..they will covet the souls of men. Korah and his men of renown openly spoke against Moses and Jehovah……as will prestigious Korah-pastors in these last days who shall openly oppose Christ who is the revelation of the Truth. They shall show themselves as antichrist in their opposing, contradictory words. They will join right along with Korah and his company in spirit….the spirit of error.

(Num 16:9 KJV) Seemeth it but a small thing unto you, that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to minister unto them?

Will they seek the priesthood also? Will they sit in the temple of God showing themselves as God?

10 And he hath brought thee near to him, and all thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee: and seek ye the priesthood also?

Moses spoke the Word of God about sin in Numbers 15 which is directly connected to Korah’s rebellion. Korah’s rebellion is a sign of the rebellion that is coming to the churches. There is coming a great falling away from the Truth. Korah and his famous men are the “son of perdition.” Covetous pastors who will despise the revealing of the Truth….the government of God….will be the “son of perdition.” They will be saying “we have need of nothing”…they are without sin. They are all “holy”….meaning without sin.

(Num 16:3 KJV) And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

Thank you for that clarity Wheeler
yes the man of sin being as one ! levi ,, joined attached

the priesthood of the lawyers pharisees hypocrits and such as Jesus soooo warned them and spiritually I see that Job 41 when reading the whole chapter describes this nature ...
I was also thinking of Levi -athian the sea serpent , beast raising up out of the sea ,, sea being many peoples tongues and nations

last verse says much , I am not good for explaining things , but I hope this makes sense to you ... in Jesus peace C ..

Job 41 33Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear.
34He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride.

Chickapee, Thank you for pointing out “leviathan” which describes the pride of the men in the high places of the churches. They….those pastors of renown…. are the “children of pride”...for they shall rise up against the revealing of the Truth with all of their hard speeches……with their contradictions…with their murmurings….with their complaining…..with their oppositions. The pride of them shall join them together.

(Job 41:15 KJV) His scales are his pride, shut up together as with a close seal.
16 One is so near to another, that no air can come between them.
17 They are joined one to another, they stick together, that they cannot be sundered.

Assembled in their pride, will they oppose and contradict the Truth. Out of the mouths of proud pastors and church leaders shall come the “hard speeches.”

(Job 41:19 KJV) Out of his mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out.

In their wrath against the Truth (out of their “nostrils), goes “smoke”….their pride…which lifts itself up like smoke. The wrath of man against the revealing of the Truth works not His righteousness.

20 Out of his nostrils goeth smoke, as out of a seething pot or caldron.
21 His breath kindleth coals, and a flame goeth out of his mouth.

Out of their mouths shall come the “flame”….the “burning lamps”….the “sparks of fire.” In other words…..the “hard speeches” that they will speak against Him in the revealing of the Truth. With their mouth….ONE MOUTH….will they speak great swelling words. The “man of sin”….those prideful pastors, church leaders and their followers who will vocally oppose the coming revelation of the Truth…shall be the “ungodly sinners.”

(Jude 1:15 KJV) To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

They will come together in their opposition to the Truth as ONE MAN….the “man of sin.” They will be united by their hatred, by their covetousness and by their vocal contradictory opposition to the Truth….the “gainsaying of Korah.” They shall be as ONE MAN…. “the man of sin.” Shall ONE MAN sin in the great falling away and the whole church suffer the wrath of God? "One" = the Hebrew word "ecahad" which means "UNITED"...they are as ONE MAN of sin in their uniting against Moses.

(Num 16:22 KJV) And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation?

No….the whole church will not suffer the wrath of God. The righteous (those who will hear and believe in the revelation of the Truth in these last days) will not be “destroyed” with the wicked Korah-pastor leaders and their followers. Those who will hear and believe in the revealed Truth are to separate from their company….they are to “awake” and get out from their “tabernacle.” Get out of their churches!

23 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
24 Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.

We are to depart from the “tents” of the revealed wicked pastors…those resisters of the revealing of the Truth who shall manifest what is in their hearts. We are not to be partakers with them any longer….lest we shall also be consumed in all of their sins…which will “burn” like the “fire.” They are to be consumed by their own lusts….which will bring them great anger and weeping.

25 And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.
26 And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.

They shall not abide in the doctrine of Christ….because they will hate those who will love and do the revealed Truth in these last days. They will have not God….they are not “holy” as the Korah-pastors would have us believe. They are “sensual”…not having the Spirit.

(2 John 1:9 KJV) Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

And those who will wish them well….peace and safety….is a partaker of his evil works….for their followers will approve of their sayings….in their opposition to the Truth.

10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

History is going to repeat in the churches. REMEMBER LOT…and his wife. We are to depart from them….or be consumed with their sins and plagues that will come upon them in the wrath of God. We are to depart from their “tents”….from their “city”…from their presence…so as not to share in the wrath. We are to depart and NOT LOOK BACK to those people and teachings.

(Gen 19:15 KJV) And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

Just as Korah and his company, the men of the city also gathered together against the house of Lot. Likewise, history shall repeat….as pastors of spiritual “Sodom” shall gather themselves as ONE man against the revealed Truth in their opposition.

(Gen 19:4 KJV) But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:

They shall show themselves as antichrist in their opposition to the Truth. They shall “mock”….as they continue to walk after their own ungodly lusts….in their covetousness. We are to REMEMBER….REMEMBER….REMEMBER:

(Jude 1:17 KJV) But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

They shall “separate themselves”….they shall gather together against His revealed Truth. They have not the Spirit of God….but are of the spirit of error…sensual.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Man who, like Korah and his famous men of renown, will be like the “beasts” who perish. Man, being in HONOR, will not abide forever. His name shall not continue for ever like they think. “Honor” = “value, wealth, dignity.” When the revelation of the Truth comes, the highly regarded pastors and church leaders who will not humble themselves at His spiritual, living words will not continue in their “honor.” All who exalt themselves against the Truth shall be humbled….to perish like the “beasts”… and those that will humble themselves at the revealing of the Truth shall be exalted.

(Psa 49:11 KJV) Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.
12 Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.

Korah and his famous men were men of “honor”….and yet they went to the “pit” alive.Their names were left as a “sign” to those who will think to repeat the same error. Their names and acts were recorded as witnesses of God’s righteous judgment. Korah and his men of renown still speak to us today……saying don’t do what we did. We must REMEMBER the past….for history is going to repeat for the churches.

Men are like the “beasts” that perish. We are to depart from their company and “hide” ourselves in Him.

(Isa 26:20 KJV) Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

For Jehovah “cometh out of His place”…..what awesome words are those. We are to fear Him and run to His “mountains” of His righteousness. He comes to punish the “kings of the earth” for their sins…their “hard speeches”…their pride…their covetousness…their hatred for His revealed Truth.

21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

The revealed Word of God is that “great and strong” Sword that shall punish men in their pride. Every knee shall bow before Him….every “mountain” that exalts itself shall be made into a “valley” before His Word.

27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

We are to cease from our own works of “righteousness”…we are to cease from our own religious knowledge and works…..we are to cease from our religious pride. We are to instead “labor” to enter into His rest…in the last day…the spiritual Sabbath.

(Heb 4:10 KJV) For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

REMEMBER….REMEMBER….REMEMBER….those past examples of unbelief. Let us not repeat the past errors. If we forget who Korah was or the men of Sodom….we are doomed to fall after their examples of unbelief.

11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

For His Scripture of Truth shall be revealed….and it becomes quick and powerful against those who will think in their hearts that they shall have “peace and safety” to continue in their shameful, prideful, covetous religious ways. The revealing of the Truth shall discern what is the thoughts and intents of the heart. The Truth shall reveal what is hidden in the hearts of men. A good tree shall bring forth good fruits of repentance….humbling himself at hearing the Truth. A bad tree shall bring forth evil fruit….covetousness, hatred and prideful words….in opposition to the Truth.

12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The Word of God shall be revealed and it shall be quick and powerful…sharper than any two-edged sword. It shall cut “asunder” those who will continue to eat and drink with the drunken….who will willfully continue to preach for the covetousness in their hearts…and will oppose the Truth. They shall “mock” and continue on in their lusts. They shall despise the government of God as they willfully oppose His Word of Truth. The Word of God shall cut them asunder and appoint them their portion with the hypocrites. There shall be “weeping and gnashing of teeth”….they shall be given over to a reprobate mind to be filled with all unrighteousness because they will not have received the love of the Truth. In their “tents” shall be infighting, evil, sorrow, pain, no peace, no rest, no productiveness, etc.

(Mat 24:51 KJV) And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Those “sons of Korah” are to escape from their “tents” before this happens…they are to flee for their lives…or be caught up in their sins and plagues that shall come upon them. How much better it is to dwell in the tabernacle of Jehovah than the “tents” of wickedness. We are to trust in His Words rather than man’s hard speeches against the Truth.

(Psa 84:1 KJV) To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!

I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. We are to get up out of the “tents” of the Korah-like pastors who will oppose the revealing of the Truth in these last days. We are to separate from their company.

(Psa 84:10 KJV) For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

I too believe they can be changed just as Paul from Saul was changed when he
met Jesus on the road to Damascus an excellent example showing that ..

I noticed his scales fell off his eyes [ perceiving/understanding ] the same scales of Leviathan
Paul confessed his faults , thinking he was doing God a service when he was percecuting the Body / Church of Christ ..... those born of faith in Jesus Christ
Jhn 16:2They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
Act 9:18And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

he was rising up from out of the dead sea and also
that nature of a beast /carnal mind which is death ..

And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.
the meat is to do the Will of God same as Jesus says , it strengthens the inner man ....

I am grateful to God we can agree on these things , it blesses my soul
to have fellowship with likeminded believers
I thank God for the Holy Ghost / Spirit to show us His Truth

what Paul / Saul realized his sin /error

I am verily a man [which am] a Jew, born in Tarsus, [a city] in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, [and] taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.

Act 22:4And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women.

much Blessing in Jesus name ... C

2Cr 5:4For we know that if our earthly house of [this] tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

For we that are in [this] tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing [is] God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit

Therefore [we are] always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord

For we walk by faith, not by sight:

We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

awesome things to think upon :)

Chickapee, absolutely!!! They can change their minds….REPENT….from their own ways and thoughts and receive Him……the Life. The Saul to Paul conversion is an excellent example. The wicked, covetous pastors can stop persecuting the churches with their own deceptive words and repent and preach the revealed Truth instead. If the wicked will turn from his own ways, he shall live in God through Christ Jesus…the Truth.

(Ezek 33:11 KJV) Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Those Christians that are secure in their own righteousness …who will not receive the love of the Truth in this last day will not be saved. Their “righteousness”…their wonderful works…shall not save them. The “day of his transgression” means that, like Korah, he will be rebelling against the revealed of the Word of Truth. He will not hear and believe the revelation of Christ Jesus…who is that Truth. But if the wicked shall hear and believe and turn from his wickedness, he shall be saved. He shall NOT fall. The “publicans and harlots”….those who can admit they are sinners…. of 2000 years ago heard and believed Jesus and John the Baptist and entered into the kingdom of heaven before the “righteous” Pharisees. The Pharisees trusted in their own righteousness.

12 Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

The Christian can not trust in his own righteousness…in his own “wonderful works.” He is to hear the Truth and believe and be saved. If he does not hear and believe and do the Truth….commit iniquity, then ALL of his righteousness shall not be remembered. There will no longer be any sacrifice for sins if he will not receive the love of the Truth when it is preached.

13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.

Again, the wicked shall not die if he turn from his sin and do what is lawful and right. He can stop robbing the people of God….he can stop making merchandise of the people and the Scriptures. He can “give again” instead of “receiving”….he can preach the revealed Truth. He shall not die if he would do these things.

14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Whoever “steals” a “sheep” and “kills it” or “sells it,” shall restore to the Owner fourfold. The wicked pastor who makes merchandise of the people of God (the sheep) with his deceptive, covetous preaching has “stolen” the sheep from their rightful owner….our Father in heaven. They are to “restore”….to preach the revealed Truth to those whom he once took advantage of. They are to feed HIS sheep. They are to restore them to the Lamb.

(Exo 22:1 KJV) If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.

David was guilty of stealing a lamb also…..

(2 Sam 12:4 KJV) And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.

The wicked are to understand…those that have stolen the “sheep”…shall surely die. BUT, he can change his way…and turn from his sin. He can restore “fourfold.”

5 And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:

The wicked pastors have stolen the sheep of God…making merchandise of them…robbing them of the fruits of the Spirit (killing them) with their covetous ways….and they have done these things without pity. But they can “restore the Lamb fourfold.”

6 And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.

The wicked pastors are to hear that they are the “man” who have done these things without pity. They had been appointed as overseers of the flock.

7 And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man. Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I anointed thee king over Israel, and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul;

They can acknowledge their sins against Jehovah….the Owner of the “sheep”…that they have stolen and made merchandise of.

(2 Sam 12:13 KJV) And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.

David shows us in Psalms 51 how to restore fourfold to God. They can REMEMBER David’s repentance…..REMEMBER….REMEMBER…..REMEMBER.

(Psa 51:1 KJV) To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2 Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

#1: They are to acknowledge their transgressions against Him. Wicked, covetous pastors can not say they have no sin….that they have no need of anything. They will have forgiveness for their sins by acknowledging them.

3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

Those pastors who can acknowledge their sins once they are made aware of them( in His knowledge) can then #2: TEACH others His ways…so that they may be converted to Him. If they love Him, they are to feed his lambs. They are His property that they have stolen: “FEED MY LAMBS

(Psa 51:13 KJV) Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

#3: They can then with their tongues sing aloud of His righteousness. They can preach His great salvation. They are His sheep. If they love Him, they are to “feed my sheep

14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

#4: With the mouth, they can show forth His praise. They can preach the Truth…praising Him. If they love Him, they are to “feed my sheep

15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall show forth thy praise.
16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

David shows us that we are to humbly accept his Truth…humbly acknowledge our sins….and we are to feed HIS lambs….feed HIS sheep….RESTORING fourfold what has been stolen.

17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

We are to REMEMBER all the words of all of the holy prophets and apostles.
(2 Pet 3:1 KJV) This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

Yet, there will be those scoffers who shall come in these last days….walking after their own lusts. The scoffers shall come like Korah and his company…resisting the Truth.

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

They will WILLFULLY FORGET the Word of God. They will refuse to remember.

(2 Pet 3:5 KJV) For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

Korah and his company rebelled right after being told to REMEMBER…..

(Num 15:37 KJV) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

We are to hear the revealed Word of Truth….we are to remember the words of the prophets….. and have FAITH in His words.

38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:

We are to REMEMBER the words of the holy prophets and the apostles and DO them. We are to REMEMBER the commandments of the Father and do them. Many have gone astray….but we are to remember and repent of our covetous ways and thoughts. We are to be holy unto God.

39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.

Korah and his company either willfully forgot what Moses said to them or they refused to acknowledge that they have gone astray….that they are all “holy.”

16:1 Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:
2 And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:
3 And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

The “great falling away” of those who will not receive the love of the Truth when they hear it was predicted by Moses who “fell upon his face.”

4 And when Moses heard it, he fell upon his face:

It is the Spirit of Truth that calls us to REMEMBER all of the words. We are to have FAITH in those things that shall be taught….the revealing of the Truth.

(John 14:26 KJV) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

By believing in His Word of Truth, we shall be healed of our sicknesses……the envy, the strife….the hatred…the divisions…the “violence.”

(Mat 9:20 KJV) And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

We are to attach ourselves to His revealed Truth and be made whole. We are to remember what this woman had done as recorded for our benefit in this last day.

21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

We are to have FAITH in His revealed Truth that shall make us “whole”….in one mind and one Spirit. Be of good “comfort”….for the Comforter shall make us REMEMBER all of His words….and we are to have FAITH in them.

22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

Like Peter, the pastors of the church are to REMEMBER the Word of the Lord Jesus Christ and have FAITH when they will hear the revealing of the Truth. They are to be CONVERTED….back to God. They are to turn from their own covetous thoughts and works and be reconciled to Him….to do His works instead. They are to resist the devil and he will flee from them. They are to “strengthen” the brethren with the preaching of the revealed Truth instead of preaching for their own reward.

(Luke 22:31 KJV) And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Peter had denied knowing the Lord…..many church pastors also have denied Him by their covetous works. They profess they know God….but in their own works they are really denying Him.

(Titus 1:16 KJV) They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

But like Peter, the Lord shall “look upon” those pastors and they shall REMEMBER the Word of the Lord and weep bitterly for their sins…..for denying Him by their works.

(Luke 22:60 KJV) And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] crew.
61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. AndPeter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
62 And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.

For every “eye” shall see Him. Not every one is an “eye” of the church. The “overseers” of the church have been entrusted with His sheep….and they are accountable…they are the “eyes” of the church. They are to be converted and are to feed His sheep in “due season.” "Feed my sheep."

(Rev 1:7 KJV) Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Woe to those pastors who will continue to feed themselves and not the flocks.

(Ezek 34:1 KJV) And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

Many shepherds do not feed the flock…but feed themselves in their own covetous ways and practices. They preach for unjust gain….they wrest the Scriptures in order to deceive the flock out of their money, their time, their peace, their love for each other, their joy.

3 Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

Many are spiritually sick and weak in the churches and they have not healed them with their continual preaching of falsehoods. They rule with force and cruelty. They terrorize the sheep with their false teachings in order to keep the sheep under their care.

4 The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
5 And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.

The sheep are scattered in many church denominations….they wander through all the “mountains” and upon every “high hill”….they wander because of the high and mighty shepherds who lead them astray.

6 My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.
7 Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

The sheep have become prey for covetous pastors and church leaders who feed only themselves and not His flock.

8 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;
9 Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

The shepherds are accountable…..He will require HIS flock at their hand and cause them to cease feeding the flock. The sheep belong to God and not the shepherds who have coveted after them. These covetous shepherds shall no longer feed themselves….for Jehovah will deliver them from the mouths of covetous pastors who only preach themselves. His people shall no longer be “meat” for those shepherds.

10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
11 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

He shall deliver them out of all the places that they have been scattered by their covetous church leaders.

12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
13 And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

They shall be fed with the revealed Word of Truth. He shall feed them with the pure Word…..they shall drink the Water of Life.

14 I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.

The sheep shall know His peace.

15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.

But the “fat and the strong” pastors shall be fed with judgment….those who will continue to feed only themselves and not the flock with the Word of Truth.

16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick:but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.
17 And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.
18 Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?
19 And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.

The “eye” of the church…the overseer of the flock…is supposed to watch for the Lord….for His revealing of the Truth. They are to REMEMBER His Word and have FAITH in what they will hear. The Lord is coming to take back His sheep from those shepherds who only feed themselves.

(Mat 24:42 KJV) Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

The pastors of the churches are the “goodmen of the house” who are supposed to be watching as the “eye” of the church. If they are watching, then they would not have their congregation broken up….for they will be preaching the revealed Truth in “due season” to the “household.” The Lord is coming to take back HIS sheep. The sheep are HIS and not the pastors’ sheep. He shall lead them OUT of their covetous pastor’s “care.”

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

The faithful and wise servant (church pastor) whom the Lord has made “ruler” over His household is the one who will be preaching that revealed Truth in the coming “due season.”

45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

Those shepherds who only feed themselves shall have the things and the people that they have lusted after….coveted after….taken from them.

(Rev 18:11 KJV) And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

No longer shall the souls of men be found with them.

13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

Covetous pastors are to REMEMBER NOW the Creator in the “days of their youth.” REMEMBER NOW when the revealing of the Truth is new….when they are in the prime of their prosperity…when it is in their power to CHANGE their minds and receive the love of the Truth….when it is in their power to be converted and PREACH that Truth to the flock of God. For the “evil days” are coming….they are coming for the shepherds who continue to only feed themselves in their covetous ways and thoughts.

(Eccl 12:1 KJV) Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

The “sun, moon and stars” are going to go “dark” for covetous preachers. There will no longer be any answer from God as they will resist the Truth.

2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:

The Day of Jehovah is coming….the Day of Judgment upon those wayward shepherds. The covetous preachers are the “keepers of the house”…..the “goodmen of the house”….who shall “tremble” at His judgment upon them. They are the “strong men” who shall bow themselves in the Day of His wrath. They are the “grinders” who shall cease from grinding the faces of the spiritually poor with their falsehoods.

3 In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened,

The “doors shall be shut in the streets” to them in the Day of His fierce anger. The Lord shall rise up and “shut the door” and they shall stand out in the “street” knocking…. “Lord, Lord, open unto us.” They shall rise up at the “voice of the bird” of Truth but shall not do what that voice sings….they shall be brought low.

4 And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of music shall be brought low;

They are the “heavens” that shall “shake” in the Day of His fierce anger.

(Isa 13:13 KJV) Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

They are to REMEMBER NOW the Creator….while there is still time…while it is the year of His salvation. They are to let Him into their hearts….to open the door and let His revealed Word of Truth abide in them. They are to hear and DO His Word….and to preach it. For the “evil days” are coming for those who will hear and NOT DO what He says. The Day will draw near in which the “door” will be shut to them. They will have missed a great opportunity.

(Luke 13:25 KJV) When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Let the pastors open the “door” of their hearts to His Truth…..let them not just keep it in the “streets.” Let them cease from their own works and from their own words and let Him into their hearts and deeds.

26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

They shall rise up at the “voice of a bird”…they shall come to hear the beautiful singing of the revelation of the Words of the Lord Jesus…..they shall hear His Words but NOT DO them. Their heart shall continue to go after their covetousness....the abomination of desolation.

(Ezek 33:31 KJV) And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.

To them that will hear and NOT obey...it will be just a very "lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice." They shall rise up at the "voice of the bird"...at the crowing of the rooster. They shall hear but not do what the Voice says. All the "daughters of music" shall be brought low.

32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

The Day of His fierce anger shall come upon them…the days in which they shall find no pleasure in them….because they will hear and NOT DO His revealed Word of Truth. Lo….those “evil days”…. WILL COME for them! REMEMBER…REMEMBER….REMEMBER.

33 And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them.

Let us rise up at the "voice of the bird"....at the crowing of the rooster...and do what that Voice says.

(Eccl 12:4 KJV) And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of music shall be brought low;
