In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. Love these Thanks so much , because I can hear them scriptures speak Truth !

yes rich in faith , makes us well off beccause of Christ sacrifice
His blood the new covenant , and we become new wineskins ! to Hold His promises in !
wow its about new Life and healing and help the new covenent Hebrews 9

but this speaks of having new wine with the promises being filled by Jesus Christ and those found in Jesus Christ

And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

10And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
11And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
12But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
13But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
14Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?
15And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
16No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse.
17Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.
18While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
19And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.
20And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
21For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
22But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
23And when Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,
24He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.
25But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose. 26And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land
this is the leaven or the raising up of Jesus Christ / Word of God in the world ......

Yes, Chickapee…..amen!

The Lord comes to lift up the earthly witness of the Word of God from its “death” by the wresting of carnal man…from its “sleep.” It “ascends”….it is lifted up into its heavenly witness. Christ Jesus is the Truth and the Resurrection who comes to open up the Scriptures for our understanding. He “transfigures” them for us into His heavenly witness. This in turn also lifts up those in the church who have been “asleep” in hatred and ruin brought on by religious man. We can then have true Life in Him…true peace….true unity…true joy…true works of righteousness. He will draw all men to Him. The prince of this world….Satan and his ministers….shall be cast out. No longer will they pursue after the body of Christ…his church…in their covetous ways.

(John 12:31 KJV) Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.
34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?
35 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

We are to believe in His words when He speaks the Word of Truth to our hearts in this last day. By having faith in His true knowledge….interpretation…of the Word, we can then become children of Light. Those that will not believe in His words….He will depart and hide from them. They will be ever learning but never come to the knowledge of the Truth.

36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

Those that “laugh him to scorn”…those that will not believe…. shall be “put out”….to be ejected from him:

(Luke 8:52 KJV) And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.
53 And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.

He shall send away…Greek word: ekballo….to eject….those who will mock the Truth….the “meat” of the Word of God.

54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.
55 And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.
There will be “mockers” in the church who will not believe in the revealed Word of Truth in the last day. They shall continue walking after their covetousness in the hearts.

(Jude 1:17 KJV) But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

God is not “mocked.”

(Gal 6:7 KJV) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

At the revealing of the Word of Truth, there will be rich pastors and church leaders who will continue to wrest the Scriptures in order to continue making merchandise of the spiritually “poor and needy.” They will do so to their own destruction….to their own detriment. They are to be like Judas…..the son of perdition. They will oppose and exalt themselves against the revealed Word of Truth. They will seek to keep people from the revealed Truth.

(2 Th 2:3 KJV) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

The rich pastors and church leaders will only realize their error when it is TOO LATE….just like Judas realized his error….TOO LATE. Judas “repented” himself…after he realized his error and that he was condemned.

(Mat 27:3 KJV) Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.
6 And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.

Like Esau….they will realize their error TOO LATE.

(Heb 12:15 KJV) Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.

AFTERWARD….when he realized he was rejected, he found he had no place of “repentance”….although he sought it carefully with tears. Likewise, many rich pastors and church leaders will seek His blessing but will not get it because they will have continued in their covetousness.

17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,

The Lord will open up the Scriptures for our understanding…..the sound of a trumpet……the voice of words….the voice of the Word of God.

19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard entreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)

They shall seek to enter in….when it is TOO LATE.

(Luke 13:24 KJV) Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

They will have rejected the revealed Truth in order to continue doing their “wonderful works”…which are really works of iniquity…works of covetousness.

25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Even though they will have heard the “voice of words” being preached in the streets…even though Christ Jesus comes to open up the Truth to them, they will not listen…they will not believe. Until it is TOO LATE. They will continue to “eat and drink” in His presence….they will continue on in their covetousness works even while the Son of man is being revealed.

26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

When the Truth is being revealed….when He teaches us in our “streets,” many covetous pastors and church leaders will continue on with their covetous works. They will continue to “eat and drink” in His presence….they will continue building Babylon….they will continue to make merchandise of the spiritually poor and needy…they will continue to buy and sell in the temple….until He comes to drive them out.

(Luke 17:28 KJV) Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.
32 Remember Lot's wife.
33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

Blessed are those who hear and DO what He says…..they may have the right to the tree of Life. They shall enter in to know the mysteries of the gospel….of the Scriptures. They shall know His peace and joy…His Life…..His knowledge.

(Rev 22:14 KJV) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

For without will be those rich pastors and church leaders who will not depart from their covetousness when the Truth is being revealed.

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Amen Wheeler , those were great scriptures , even more clear in Luke 8 !

Yes, Amen . God is not mocked ...
and do reap what we sow The wicked in [his] pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.
Psa 10:3For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, [whom] the LORD abhorreth.

The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek [after God]: God [is] not in all his thoughts

His ways are always grievous; thy judgments [are] far above out of his sight: [as for] all his enemies, he puffeth at them.He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for [I shall] never [be] in adversity.

Chickapee, I like Psalms a lot. It is filled with His knowledge….which the “wicked” will not acknowledge…..for God is not in all of their thoughts.

As Jesus states……we are to take heed that no man would deceive us….for MANY shall come in his name saying they are “Christ.” They say they are “anointed” and deceive MANY.

(Mat 24:4 KJV) And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

They say they are the “anointed”….they are “Christ” which means “anointed.” How many times has a covetous pastor or church leader used the phrase “touch not mine anointed?” What he or she is really saying is that they are “Christ”…. “ anointed”….which of course puts the fear into his deceived sheep.

(Psa 105:15 KJV) Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

We are to beware of the false prophets…..which come posing as workers of righteousness….that they “anointed.”

(Mat 7:15 KJV) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

We shall know them by their fruits that they will put forth.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

The revealing of the Truth shall expose the man of sin. The “man of sin” are MANY that are posing as the “anointed.” But they are “sensual not having the Spirit” of Christ. The revealing of the Truth to such shall expose what is in their hearts….for a “corrupt tree” will bring forth “evil fruit” when he hears the Truth. He shall rise up in his pride and contradict the Truth and will defame those who will receive the love of the Truth.

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

The revealing of the Word of Truth shall expose the “man of sin” for all to see….for they will mock the Truth in the last time and will continue walking after their ungodly lusts for money, power, fame, etc. They will prove themselves that they are “corrupt trees” not having the Spirit of Christ….even though they say they are “anointed.”

(Jude 1:18 KJV) How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

They will be revealed as the son of perdition because they will NOT “consent to wholesome words…..the words of our Lord Jesus Christ and to the doctrine which is according to godliness. They will NOT LISTEN to the revealing of the Truth in this last day….but they will bring forth evil fruit…mocking the Truth in their pride and lust for things.

(1 Tim 6:3 KJV) If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

They will prove themselves destitute of the revealed Truth….we are to withdraw from such pastors , church leaders, religious organizations that will not consent to the revealed Truth.

5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

They will prove themselves as “unbelievers” of the revealed Truth….even though they proclaim they are “Christ”….that they have the “anointing” of the Spirit of Christ. We are to withdraw from these people when they are finally exposed for who they are….the man of sin.

(2 Cor 6:14 KJV) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

We are to come out from among them….and be separate…and touch not the unclean thing….and He will receive us. We are to escape from their covetous ways and thoughts and run to Him.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

As Christians, we are to purge ourselves from all of the filthiness that has been preached and practiced by rich pastors. We are no longer to follow them in their ways.

7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

We are to receive the revealed Scripture of TRuth.....the biblical witnesses have not defrauded man. It is those who have wrested their words who have defrauded others.

2 Receive us; we have wronged no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man.
3 I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before, that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you.

And they will hate you for it. They will hate us for believing in the revealed Truth in this last day. But blessed are those who will suffer the reproach from those who will not consent to the words of our Lord Jesus Christ. they will not believe in the revealed Truth….and will speak evil of us.

(Luke 6:22 KJV) Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

But we are to rejoice in that day….and LEAP for JOY. In like manner, did they to the fathers and prophets. Their own people who did not believe persecuted those who did.

23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
24 But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.

We are not to be afraid of their “terror”….neither be troubled.

(1 Pet 3:14 KJV) But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Those who will receive the love of the Truth shall be spoken evil of…..as “evildoers”…by our own church people who will not believe.

16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

We are not to be terrified by their words when they do speak evil of us. That is their “evident token of perdition.” That will be their “sign” of the perdition that will come upon them…..the son of perdition. But it is a sign to us of our salvation....and that we are of God.

(Phil 1:28 KJV) And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.

We participate in his suffering when we are defamed by those who will not believe.

29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
30 Having the same conflict which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me.

The unbelieving rich pastors, church leaders and their followers shall not hear those who are of God. They speak from their worldly perspective….and the world hears them. The world believes that they are the “anointed”….their claim that they are Christ.

(1 John 4:5 KJV) They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

We are to “test the spirits” to see if they are of God. Those who will not believe in the revealed Truth in this last time are NOT of God….no matter what their claim is. They will hate us over the revealing of the Truth….a sign to us of our salvation. Their own hate is a sign to them that they are the man of sin….of the spirit of error….of the son of perdition.

6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

The Lord comes to recover his people from those who have led them down the wrong path by deceptive preaching. He comes as a thief in the night to take back His people who have been stolen….who have been deceived by strangers’ voices. The thieves had come to steal, kill and destroy. But He comes so that those who have been deceived may have true life.

(John 10:10 KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Blessed are the servant-leaders of the flock who are watching for Him. If they are watching for Him, they will be feeding His sheep with the meat of the Truth in due season. Their houses would not be broken up by the Lord coming to take His people back. The “goodman” are the pastors who are the “eyes” of the church body who are to be watching for His coming interpretation of the Scriptures so that they may readily give the sheep their meat in the appointed time.

(Mat 24:42 KJV) Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

But the thief preacher will not be watching for Him. They will be too busy smiting the flock with their deceptive preaching…their merchandising of the Word. They will “eat and drink” with the “drunken”….they will be drunk in their covetousness as they make merchandise of the sheep. The Lord will come as a thief unto their houses and take back His sheep that they have stolen.

(Mat 24:48 KJV) But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

These servants will not be looking for Him….and will be opposing and contradicting the Truth. They will be denying…contradicting….the Lord that bought them with His blood.

(2 Pet 2:1 KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

They and their hardcore followers will speak evil of the Way of Truth.

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

And all because they will not flee from the covetousness in the hearts….

3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Those that will hear the revealed Truth in this last day and cease from sin will “suffer in the flesh.” Those who will escape from the covetous preachers and their followers shall be persecuted…spoken evil of…by those who will not depart from their errors. They will suffer their reproach…their gossiping…their defaming of their character. But blessed are those who will suffer as Christ did by his own brothers.

(1 Pet 4:1 KJV) Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

Those who will cease from religious man’s errors and lusts shall be defamed by those who will not believe in the Truth when it comes.

2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

They will think it “strange” that we not “run” with them any longer….running after their covetous ways and practices. They will speak evil of those who will escape from their errors.

4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:

We are to hear what the angels advised Lot to do…..to escape for our lives…..and not to look back to those things that we are escaping from.

(Gen 19:17 KJV) And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.

We are to depart from those who are living in error just as Lot departed from Sodom. If we return back to those who are living in error, then we are going to be “consumed in the iniquity of the city.”

(Gen 19:15 KJV) And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

We are to depart from Babylon….to come out of her so that we are not partakers of her sins and receive not of her plagues. The current religious system of man is about to enter a terrible time in which it will not recover.

(Rev 18:4 KJV) And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

No matter what man shall try to do in order to save his denominations…his church organizations….his wisdom and doctrines….there will be no healing of Babylon.

(Jer 51:8 KJV) Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.

Her illness will be terminal….she will not be healed…we are to forsake her…to come out of her….so as not to be given over to a reprobate mind and be filled with all unrighteousness because of the stubborn unbelief of the Truth.

9 We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.

Like the song by Boston says, “don’t look back”…. we are not to “look back” to the religious organizations we will leave when the Truth sets us free. We are not to give heed to those covetous preachers who will seek to allure those who have escaped back to their bondage. They will speak “great swelling words of vanity” in an attempt to bring back those who are escaping from their Sodom. There will be a full-court press to bring those who are escaping their churches back into the fold.

(2 Pet 2:18 KJV) For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

It would have been better not to have received the revealed knowledge of the Truth then to go back to the religious bondage that we had previously escaped by knowing it. We are to escape the pollutions of the religious world….the covetous preaching…doctrines and commandments of men….bondage.

20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

We are to come out from those who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. We are not to touch the “unclean thing”….covetousness.
Let our escape from them be without covetousness. Let our “conversation”….our “turning” back to God….be without the “unclean thing”….covetousness. He will receive us if we do….He will never leave us nor forsake us.

(Heb 13:5 KJV) Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

We are to escape from the covetous practices of our churches…our pastors….and the covetousness in our hearts. Covetousness is the abomination of desolation. It has desolated the temple by making it a house of merchandise…it has been turned into a den of thieves. Like the merchants and moneychangers in the temple, the abomination of desolation stands where it ought not be…..in the TEMPLE of God.

(John 2:14 KJV) And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;

The abomination of covetousness has made the Father’s house into a house of merchandise…..the desolation.

16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

Jesus is coming back to the temple of God to cast all those out who will not cease from their covetousness…and from making merchandise of the sheep of God.

(Mat 21:12 KJV) And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

The desolators shall become desolate themselves….they have made the temple of God into a “den of thieves”….a house of merchandise for their religious goods and services. The body of Christ is not a MARKET.

13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
14 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.

Covetousness is the idolatry in the temple….the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place. We are the temple of God.

(Col 3:5 KJV) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

We are the temple of God…if any man shall defile the temple of God by his covetous preaching and practices…..

(1 Cor 3:16 KJV) Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

The Lord comes to preach to us the revealed Truth so that we may know and be able to flee from idolatry….which is covetousness.

(1 Cor 10:14 KJV) Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

Daniel preaches to us in the heavenly witness of Christ. We are to spiritually UNDERSTAND what we read in the Scriptures so that we may FLEE to God’s mountains…His righteousness. Those that are in Christ shall flee from covetousness….and not look back.

(Mark 13:14 KJV) But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

He shall purge us from our religious dead works that are motivated by man’s covetousness so that we may serve the living God.

(Heb 9:14 KJV) How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

In this last day, we are to purify ourselves from man’s dead works…..the “dead body”….that is “dead.” Religious man’s dead works have no life in them and they are motivated by the covetousness of men….which defiles the temple of God….His church. We are to separate ourselves from those who will not receive the love of the Truth….we are to purge ourselves from their thoughts and ways. Those who will not separate themselves from their covetousness , their sins shall consume them.

(Num 19:13 KJV) Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself, defileth the tabernacle of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.

We are not to touch the “unclean thing” as we escape from Babylon. The unclean thing is covetousness…..the “dead body.” We are to purify ourselves in the water of Life…in His revealed Truth.

(2 Cor 6:17 KJV) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

We are to cleanse ourselves….having the fear of God….to be in awe of His Truth.

7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
2 Receive us; we have wronged no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man.

Hi Bro Wheeler ......
I thought of Matt 18 when reading your last post , on how the religious oragnizatons cause the little ones to stumble
and cause offenses

we can have fellowship where two or three are gathered in His name
the binding on earth and loosing on earth or heaven is not holding sin against any man but forgiving one another,,,,,,

that it what I got from reading matt 18
Matthew 18

1At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying,

Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
2And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
3And said, Verily I say unto you,

Except ye be converted, and become as little children,

ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

6But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me,

it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,

and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

7Woe unto the world because of offences!

for it must needs be that offences come;

but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

8Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee,

cut them off, and cast them from thee:

it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed,

rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

9And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee:

it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

10Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones;

for I say unto you,

That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
11For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

12How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep,
and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

13And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you,

he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.

14Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

15Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

16But if he will not hear thee,

then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

17And if he shall neglect to hear them,

tell it unto the church:

but if he neglect to hear the church,

let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

18Verily I say unto you,

Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven:

and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

19Again I say unto you,

That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask,

it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20For where two or three are gathered together in my name,

there am I in the midst of them.

Gods Blessing to you and yours C

Hi Chickapee,

I’m thinking the “little ones” are those who are born of heavenly wisdom in this last day….those who come preaching the revealed Word of Truth to the churches. They are those whom the religious are suppose to receive….to receive their preaching in “due season.” Here in Matthew 10, the “little ones” = his disciples = prophets = the righteous.

(Mat 10:40 KJV) He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

The “Little ones” = the disciples. In this last day, His disciples…his pupils…come preaching the Word of God in His name. Those that will receive them shall be rewarded by the Lord. Those that will not receive their message shall be judged.

42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

The “little ones” are those who have been converted….those who have humbled themselves at His revealed Truth and have turned back to God. They have denied their own denominational wisdom and commandments of men and have received His Word….His interpretation of the Scriptures…with joy. The same is “greatest in the kingdom of heaven”….they preach with His knowledge and not man’s.

(Mat 18:1 KJV) At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

Jesus will set those whom he calls to Him in the midst of us….and we are to hear the “little ones” preaching in this last day.

2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,

Except religious man be converted and humble themselves at His revealed Truth, then he can not enter into the kingdom of heaven….he can not enter into His knowledge…to know the mysteries that have been hidden in the Scriptures.

3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Whosoever receives the “little child” who has humbled himself at the Truth and comes preaching it in this last day, receives Him.

5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

But woe to those who shall “offend” one of His disciples…one of His little ones which believe in Him. To “offend” = to “scandalize”….to disesteem…to disrespect…to argue with…to contradict…to oppose. There will be those in the church who will argue and contradict the “little ones” that the Lord will send out to preach the revealed Truth to them….the eternal gospel….the message of deliverance from man’s religious wisdom and commandments.

6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

How religious man will receive the revealed Truth will be how he is judged. By their words will they be judged.

7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

We are to take heed so as not to despise one of these “little ones” who come in His name and are preaching His Truth. We are not to despise their message that they speak…whoever will receive them, receives Him that sent them. They…the little ones….see His Truth….His knowledge. They behold the “face” of the Father which is in heaven.

10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

The preaching of the revealed Truth shall expose the “man of sin”….for they will bring the evil things out of their hearts….in order to despise the message….to speak evil of those who know and preach the revealed Truth. They will be judged by how they receive or not receive the Truth of God.

(Mat 12:35 KJV) A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

The “little ones” are those the Lord has sought out and has saved. They are “converted” and have humbled themselves at His Truth. They see His “face”…His knowledge in the Scriptures. They know Him.

(Mat 18:13 KJV) And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

Those who would be “little ones”…greatest in the kingdom of heaven…. are to be born of heavenly wisdom…of the Spirit.

(John 16:21 KJV) A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

When we are born of heavenly wisdom and not man’s wisdom, then we can understand the hidden mysteries of the Bible….for He shall not speak to us in proverbs….but in plainness…..face to face. Religious man has only seen mostly the proverbs and not the spiritual meanings of the Scriptures.

25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall show you plainly of the Father.
26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:

Religious man must humble himself….become as a little child…in order to enter into the kingdom of heaven...

(Mat 18:4 KJV) Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

The “wise” pastor PHD must become a “fool” so that he may be truly wise. He must cast away all of his denominational/ Bible school teachings in order to truly become knowledgeable. He must humbly accept the revealed Truth as a little child.

(1 Cor 3:18 KJV) Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

The wisdom of Bible PHDs are foolishness…the biblical wisdom of highly-esteemed church leaders and book writers are for naught. The wisdom of this world = the wisdom of the educated, religious elite.

19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

For our Father hides the mysteries of the Bible from the religious “wise and prudent”…..and reveals them to “babes.” The religious elites’ pride in their own knowledge prevents them from truly knowing the Scriptures.

(Mat 11:25 KJV) At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.
26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight.
27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

Yet, the “wise and prudent” will consider the “babes” as “unlearned and ignorant” men…just as the high priest and religious elite did with Peter and John 2000 years ago.

(Acts 4:13 KJV) Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

But, the religious, educated elite will not be able to “gainsay nor resist” the preaching of the “little ones.”

(Luke 21:15 KJV) For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

The Son reveals the knowledge of the Father to those who can humble themselves…who can cast down their own knowledge….who can become like a “little child”….who can keep His commandments. He can make us wiser than the enemies….the religious, educated elite.

(Psa 119:98 KJV) Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.

He will give us more understanding than all of our “teachers.”

99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.

A “little child” shall lead…

(Isa 11:6 KJV) The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

A “child” shall have more knowledge than the “ancients”….the little ones shall interpret the Scriptures in the mind of Christ. Satan and his ministers will not be able to gainsay or resist with their wresting of the earthly witness.

8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

If any lack His heavenly wisdom, let him ask of God who will give to all men freely. It is man who must “unbraideth not” what is given to him though. He must believe in the revealed Truth….because it will not be like his own understanding. It will not be like his pastor PHD’s teachings…it will not be like his Bible school’s curriculum….it will not be like the church fathers’ doctrines and tenets.

(James 1:5 KJV) If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

He must ask in FAITH…in belief of the Truth. He must not waver back and forth ….still being tossed about by man’s teachings….doctrines and commandments. He must let go and let God.

6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

A person must ask for understanding….just as Solomon did.

(1 Ki 3:5 KJV) In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.
6 And Solomon said, Thou hast showed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.

Solomon presented himself as a “little child”…admitting that he did not know anything. He asked in the humbleness of his heart.

7 And now, O LORD my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in.
8 And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.

We must ask for His wisdom and understanding…so that we can discern between good and bad….to discern judgment.

9 Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?
10 And the speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing.
11 And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;
12 Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.

I love them scriptures , so true the little ones born of the Spirit and truth ,
till we mature in Christ

I have been having computer problems ..... its hard for me to get on here some days ?? I dont know whats is causing this .. But if I do not come on for a while , this would be the reason ... just wanted you to know that ...

I thought of this also being the little ones maybe ? the little children of the Kingdom of God

I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
1Jo 2:13I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
the little children can see and hear what the Spirit of Truth is saying being healed and givin a fresh start in the things of the Spiritual nature ..
being born again of the incorruptible Word of God ..Jhn 3:3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

born of faith in Jesus Christ

faith comes by hearing

1Pe 1:23Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Luk 18:16But Jesus called them [unto him], and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.Gal 4:19My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,1Jo 4:4Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

I pray for relationship with believers and even though we do not agree on everything we can still help each other grow stronger spirituality and closer to being like the savior Jesus. I find fighting with scripture and doctrines to be useless. If you want to discuss scripture and what God has revealed to you about it I will join in.

I pray that all will come to the full understanding that God has for them.

Chickapee, I’m really glad you do come in here when you can....I do appreciate it! Been thinking….rather wrestling with myself….about pausing here for a while. I keep thinking about that “law of diminishing returns.” I am so glad that you do read and post in here….it does inspire me.

Been thinking about what you said 2 posts ago….of course, I went off on a tangent….but now coming back to it. It dawned on me this morning after thinking about what you had said about the binding on earth and loosening on the earth.

Matthew 18
As usual, I am probably going to be clear as mud on this…but here goes.

It seems that the “little ones” are those who will judge the world….those who can humble themselves as a “little child” in order to enter into the kingdom of heaven. To be a "little one" speaks of the humbleness...the meekness of accepting the in grafting of the revealed Word...not necessarily of the maturity. Those born of the Spirit and the Truth are the “little ones” who are the messengers of Christ….they are His “angels” who are sent out to preach to the churches the eternal gospel of salvation from man’s religious organizations….or rather their “prisons.”

The loosening on earth and the loosening in heaven would indeed be the forgiving of sins against those who will listen to the message of the “little ones.” Those that will respond favorably to the “telling of their fault” will gain a brother in Christ. Those that will hear what their sins are (because many are in ignorance of the Truth) and will believe in the preaching of the revealed Truth and do the Truth are to be gained as brothers in this last day.

(Mat 18:15 KJV) Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

But as foretold, there will be those in the church who will not listen to the sound doctrine that will be preached in this last day by the "little ones." Then, this is where we are to judge those who will not listen….but only in the mouth of 2 or three witnesses.

16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as a heathen man and a publican.

What is being “loosed” on earth and in heaven? Their sins….as you had pointed out…thank you for that! Those who would hear, believe and obey the preaching of His messengers that are sent out in this last day, will have their sins “loosed.” But those who will not hear, their sins shall be “bound” in heaven.

18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

Christ Jesus is with those who are gathered together in His name. The revealed Truth gathers us together in Him.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Again the loosening and binding of sins is also shown here in John 20. As His disciples, we are sent out by Him to preach the gospel of salvation to those who are imprisoned in their “churches.”

(John 20:21 KJV) Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

We receive the Spirit of Truth….we preach what we hear the Spirit saying in this last day.

22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

Whoever will hear and obey the preaching of the revealed Truth, their sins are “remitted” unto them…..the loosening on earth and heaven. Those who will not listen to the preaching of the revealed Truth in this last day, their sin are to be “retained”….the binding on earth and in heaven.

23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

In the coming appointed time, we are to judge the “world”….the religious elite and their organizations by the revealed Truth.

(1 Cor 6:2 KJV) Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

We shall judge the “angels”…..messengers…pastors, priests, reverends, preacher PHDs….the religious elite who rule over the poor in Spirit.

3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

Again, He sends His messengers of the Truth to preach the revealed Word of God.

(Mat 13:47 KJV) Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.

The “messengers” or “angels” shall come forth….His disciples, His “little ones” shall come forth to preach the revealed Word. Those that will listen and obey their preaching shall be the “just”….and those of the church who will turn their ears from the Truth are the “wicked.”

49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Again, those who can forsake all of their religious wisdom and works to follow Him can be His disciple….His “little one.” They can be His “angel”…His messenger of the Truth.

(Luke 14:33 KJV) So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
34 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?

Those who cannot forsake their own religious ways and thoughts are to be cast out….by MEN. The binding of their sins on earth and heaven by those who are gathered together in the revealed Truth casts them into the wrath of God….the “fire.”

35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Every tree who brings forth bad fruit….speaking evil…despising the “little ones” who are sent to preach the Truth…despising the revealed Truth….is to be “hewn down” and cast into the fire. Their sins will be upon their own heads….the “binding” on the earth and heaven.

(Mat 7:19 KJV) Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

We shall know the “bad tree” by how he responds to the preaching of the revealed Truth. An evil man will show what is in his heart by how he will disesteem and rail on those who are preaching the Truth. The “man of sin” is revealed by the preaching of the Truth by the “little ones”….those “angels” who behold His face in heaven.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Again, MEN SHALL GATHER THEM and CAST THEM INTO THE FIRE….God’s wrath…and they are burned.

(John 15:5 KJV) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

We shall judge the religious world….where two or three are gathered together in the Truth…Christ Jesus…..there HE IS. They, those who will turn their hears from hearing the Truth, shall be tormented by their own sins…their own wickedness shall burn as the fire….in the presence of the “holy angels”…His messengers….and the presence of the Lamb. Those who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved are to have their sins retained in earth and in heaven.

(Rev 14:10 KJV) The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

So far, the sins of the church are forgiven….in Christ Jesus…because we have done these things in ignorance of the revealed Truth.

(Num 15:28 KJV) And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
29 Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

But the Truth shall be revealed in the last day and religious man is expected to repent of his sins and enter into His rest. The Truth shall be preached by the “angels”…the messengers of the revealed Truth….the “little ones.” Those who would despise the “little ones,” despises the Father and Son that sent them. Their sin would then be “presumptuous”…..

30 But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

…because they would have despised the Word of the LORD as preached through the “little ones” that were sent by Him to preach. Their sins shall be “retained”….their iniquity shall be upon his own head then.

31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

For if we sin WILLFULLY….presumptuously….AFTER we have received the KNOWLEDGE of the Truth, there remains NO MORE SACRIFICE for sins. The “little ones” come to preach the revealed Word of the LORD in this last day….and religious man is expected to heed what is being preached.

(Heb 10:26 KJV) For if we sin wilfully afterthat we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

The wrath of God will come upon those who will disesteem His Truth as preached by the “little ones.”

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Two or three witnesses…..binding on earth and in heaven by the Lord who listens to them.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

By the way religious man responds to the revealing of the Truth, he shall be judged. Those that would believe in His revealed Truth in this last day shall be justified. Those who will not believe and will persecute those who preach the Truth shall be condemned. The Lord will send out His “little ones” to preach the Truth….some will kept their sayings and others will not.

(John 15:20 KJV) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

The Lord will speak through His “little ones” by their preaching of the Truth….those that will not listen are those who will no longer have a “cloak” for their sins. The “man of sin” shall be revealed by the preaching of the Truth of the “little ones.” Their sins would be "presumptuous"...willful.

22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

Woe to the man who shall offend these “little ones.” Woe to those who will persecute the “little ones” over their preaching of the Truth. Just as they did to Jesus, they will oppose…they will contradict….they will hate those whom He sends out.

(Mat 18:6 KJV) But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

The “little ones” (His appointed messengers) come to preach the revealed Word of God to the churches in this last day….for their good…for salvation from man’s religious bondage. Whoever is “least”…. “little”…in the kingdom of heaven is “greatest.” They will come preaching what they hear the Spirit of Truth saying in their “ears” so that those who hear may be saved from “death”….from denominational divisions, envy, strife and hatred of one another because of doctrinal differences.

(Mat 11:11 KJV) Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

To become “least,” one must deny his own denominational thoughts and ways in order to follow Him….the Truth. Whoever shall lose his man-based religious life shall save it.

(Luke 9:23 KJV) And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

The Lord comes in His glory with His holy messengers…those who repeat what the Spirit of Truth is saying in this last day. But there will be those who will be “ashamed” of His words that are preached by the “little ones”…those “least” in the kingdom of heaven.

26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.

Those that would be “least”….the “little”…are to repent…..to leave their man-based religious lives and follow Him. The Truth shall set you free from man’s doctrines and commandments.

(Mat 4:17 KJV) From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

Those that can deny their lives…their “nets”…their doctrines of men….and follow Him can then be “fishers of men”….preachers of His revealed Truth. They can then be the "little ones" sent out to preach.

19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

We are to leave our own erroneous, religious beliefs in order to follow Him…the revealed Truth.

20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.

Again, we are to humble ourselves at His Truth…like a “little child.” The rich pastors and church leaders will have a difficult time at this…..it is hard for the rich, religious leader to enter into the kingdom of heaven as a humble “little child.” His own religious pride and riches keep him without.

(Mat 18:4 KJV) Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Whoever can receive the preaching of the “little ones” in this last day, receives Him…for He sends them out to preach what the Spirit of Truth is saying to the churches.

5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

But there will be those who, in their religious pride of man like the Pharisees, will seek to contradict…seek to anger…seek to resist…that preaching of the “little ones” in this last day. They will seek to provoke…to tempt…they will despise…those that will preach His gospel of salvation from man’s commandments and doctrines of “death.” God is their avenger….who does not want them to “perish” because of the provoking of them by prideful men.

6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

Whoever is “least” in the kingdom is greatest…..a “higher power” appointed by God. The “little ones” are ordained of God to preach the gospel…the good news of His salvation. They are the ministers of God for the churches’ good.

(Rom 13:1 KJV) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Whosoever resists the powers that are ordained of God, resists the ordinance of God. Those that would “scandalize” the “little ones”….provoking them…tempting them…resisting them, shall receive to themselves judgment. It would be better for that man to have a millstone hanged about his neck and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

The Son of man comes preaching for our salvation…for our GOOD…not for our destruction. Those that will resist, do so to their own detriment.

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Blessed is he who shall not be “offended” in Him…in His Word of Truth that is to be preached in this last day. There will be religious men today, like the Pharisees and Sadducees and scribes of yesterday, who will NOT BELIEVE the revealed Truth when it comes. They will have been “offended” in Him.

(Mat 11:6 KJV) And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Who was “offended” in him? Was it not his OWN? It wasn’t the atheists of the world….it wasn’t the outsiders of the world….it was his very own. There is a repeat of this coming to the Christian church….there will be those of his own who had bought them with his blood who will be “offended” in the revealed Word of Truth when it is preached to them through His “little ones.”

(Mat 13:54 KJV) And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?
57 And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.

They were “offended”….they were tripped up…by their own unbelief. We are to REMEMBER this past examples…..for TODAY. There will be those in the churches who will be “offended” in their own unbelief.

58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

The Son of man comes to sow the Word of Truth….the Word of the kingdom….through His messengers…His “little ones.”

(Mat 13:18 KJV) Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.

There will be those who will hear the Word but will not understand….because of their own unbelief. Their love for church riches, positions of power over the flock, the love of the praise of other men, their pride and many other things shall keep them from hearing and understanding.

19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

They shall be “ever learning” ….but will never be able to come to the knowledge of the revealed Truth.

(2 Tim 3:7 KJV) Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The wicked one comes and “catches away” that Word of Truth that will be sown in their hearts……they will be “destitute of the Truth.” They are the ones who will resist the Truth. They will seek to “scandalize” the “little ones.” They will be “reprobate”…rejected…concerning the faith in the Truth.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

The “man of sin” shall be revealed unto all men….for their folly shall be exposed by the Truth.

9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

The “wicked one” comes to catch away the Word of Truth that will be sown in their hearts….for they will not receive the love of the revealed Truth . Instead of believing, they have pleasure in their own unrighteousness in the church.

(2 Th 2:10 KJV) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Satan comes with all lying signs and wonders to catch away the Word of Truth from their hearts. He comes to deceive those who despise the government of God and have pleasure in their own unrighteousness.....preaching out of the covetousness in their hearts.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Like in the days of Lot, they will continue on in their own unrighteousness….in the covetousness of their hearts...believing a lie. They will continue planting and building their great ministries….their great church buildings…..their great doctrines….amassing great fortunes in His name. They will believe in the lying signs and wonders…thinking that their “gain is godliness.”

(Luke 17:28 KJV) Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

To be continued….

….continued from previous post….

The Lord comes to open up the Scriptures so that we may know the mysteries of the kingdom of God. But, there will be those rulers in the churches who will hear but NOT believe this revealing of the knowledge of the Truth and be saved in this last day.

(Luke 8:10 KJV) And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.
11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

Satan comes with all lying signs and wonders in order to take away that sown seed out of their hearts because they will not have received the love of the revealed Truth and be saved. Their unbelief of the Truth will prevent them from understanding the mysteries of the kingdom….from entering into the kingdom.

12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

The Lord knows how to deliver the godly….those who will believe in the revealed Truth… out of temptations. The Lord knows how to “reserve” the unjust….those who will not believe in the revealing of the Truth but instead have pleasure in their own unrighteousness…unto the day of judgment to be punished. Satan comes with all signs and wonders to “reserve” those who will continue to walk after the flesh in the covetousness of their hearts. Satan comes as a lying spirit to take away the Word of Truth that was sown in their hearts.

(2 Pet 2:9 KJV) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

They will despise His Word....and those who will preach it. They willingly sin.....presumptuous.

10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.
11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

They are “taken” by a lie….that their “gain is godliness.” They will speak evil of the things that they understand not…..for Satan will “catch away” that seed of the Truth out of their hearts.

12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;
13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;
14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

They will be proud….and speaking evil of the Way of truth.

(1 Tim 6:3 KJV) If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

They will be “proud”….the Greek word “tuphoo”…which means “to envelope with SMOKE.” The SMOKE of their torment shall rise up. They will be “knowing nothing”….not understanding the Word of Truth because Satan comes to take it away from their hearts.

4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

They will be “destitute of the Truth”….DEPRIVED of the Truth….because Satan comes and catches away that which was sown in their hearts. They will “suppose that gain is godliness”….this would be THE LIE that they will believe in.

5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

They will believe in a lie….that their gain is godliness. They will fall into a temptation and a snare that will drown them in destruction and perdition. Satan comes with all lying signs and wonders to catch away the seed of the Word of Truth. The unjust are held by their own covetousness in the snare and the LIE….that gain is godliness.

9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

For Satan’s coming to catch away the Word of Truth that was sown into their hearts COINCIDES with the revealing of the Truth by our Lord Jesus Christ. When the Lord comes to speak to them through His disciples, then they will have no “cloak” for their sins.

(John 15:20 KJV) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

The man of sin will be revealed by the preaching of the revealed Truth...Christ Jesus.

22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

They will have “seen” the Word of Truth…they will hear it…but will hate it. They will hate those sent by Him….and the message of Truth.

24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

Satan comes with all power and signs and lying wonders to catch away the seed that was sown into the hearts of such men…..because they will not have received the love of the Truth so that they might be saved.

(2 Th 2:7 KJV) For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

The Lord knows how to hold the unjust for the day of judgment. They will receive a strong delusion so that they may believe in a lie….that their gain is godliness. This lying spirit takes away the seed of the Word of God from their hearts.

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The “smoke of their torment” shall ascend up. They will have no rest in their prideful thoughts and ways as they drown in their destruction and perdition….piercing themselves with many sorrows because they think that gain is godliness.

(Rev 14:9 KJV) And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

And this requires the patience of the saints….who will witness their unrest…their wickedness…their railings against the people of God.

12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

The “evil day” is when they speak evil against those who will receive the love of the Truth….who will be preaching that revealed Truth. They will seek to beguile the unstable...those who are wavering in what they hear being preached...the revealed Truth.

(Eph 6:13 KJV) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Their railings against the saints are the “fiery darts of the wicked”….who will seek to allure those who are escaping from them….and who will speak evil of those who preach the Truth.

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

As stated earlier, Satan comes to catch away the Truth from those that will hear the preaching of the revealed Word of the kingdom in this last day and understand it not. The wicked will not understand because of their own unbelief in what they will hear.

(Mat 13:19 KJV) When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

Instead of hearing, believing and repenting, they will continue on doing wickedly. They will continue handling the Word of God deceitfully….they will continue to peddle the Word of God for the covetousness in their hearts….which is the abomination of desolation. They will continue their buying and selling in the temple….making it a house of merchandise…where it should not be. Turning their ears from the Truth, they will continue pursuing after their lusts and seeking to make merchandise of the people of God. NONE of the wicked shall understand.

(Dan 12:10 KJV) Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

He that is unjust, let him be unjust still….and he that is filthy, let him be filthy still.

(Rev 22:11 KJV) He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

The Lord comes to reward every man according to his work. How will man respond to the revealing of the Word of Truth? Will he despise it or will he believe and repent of his ways?

12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

The devil comes to blind the minds of them that will not believe in the revealing of the Truth in the last day. Satan comes with all lying signs and wonders to hold the wicked until the day of judgment. They will believe a lie: that their GAIN IS GODLINESS. Riches will trap a wicked preacher or church leader…it will take away what was sown in his heart.

(2 Cor 4:1 KJV) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

Those that will hear and believe shall renounce the hidden things of dishonesty.

2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

But if the eternal gospel is hid, it is hid to them that are lost. It is hid from the sons of perdition….the man of sin.

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

The “god of this world” will have blinded the minds of them which do NOT BELIEVE. Satan comes to catch away…he comes to “rapture” away….the sown seed of the revealed Truth.

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

The wicked will continue to preach themselves for gain.

5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

Like the men of Sodom, they shall be “smote” with spiritual blindness….both small and great. Ever learning but will never be able to come to the knowledge of the Truth…..the “door”…. in this last day.

(Gen 19:10 KJV) But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
11 And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

Like the men of Sodom, they will be lovers of their own selves, covetous, proud, unthankful, unholy…..

(2 Tim 3:1 KJV) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

They will be lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God….because they will not receive His Word of Truth in belief.

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

Because of their spiritual blindness, they will never be able to come to the “door”….the knowledge of the Truth that is in Christ Jesus.

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

They will resist the Truth….men of corrupt minds…right in the church itself.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

(Eph 4:17 KJV) This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

They will have their understanding darkened….because of the blindness of their heart.

Eph 4: 18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

They will be past feeling…giving themselves over to filthiness….covetousness….the abomination…to work all uncleanness with greediness. Satan comes with his lying signs and wonders to blind them…..but their riches shall testify against them in the end.

19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Hi Chickapee, sorry to hear about your computer troubles….I hope all gets working fine again. I AM GLAD THAT YOU ARE HERE AND HAVE CONTINUED TO CONSIDER MY RAMBLING HERE! Sorry for the shouting. I really do appreciate your presence. Thank you for continuing with me.

What is going to come to the churches is a division. It will not be the divisions we already see today which are based on man’s wisdom. A different division is coming to the churches because of the revealing of the Truth. Those who will not believe the revealed Truth or will be afraid of the persecution involved with accepting it or are lured back into error by those who will preach great swelling, flattering words….will be separated from those who will believe and DO the Truth. Christ Jesus is the TRUTH who comes to separate the “tares” from the “wheat.”

(Mat 13:30 KJV) Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

He comes to bring this division to the church….dividing those who do NOT love Him from those who do.

(Luke 12:51 KJV) Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

He comes so that we, who fear the Lord, shall be able to discern who serves God and who does NOT serve Him within our churches. The tares and the wheat have grown up together….man has been “asleep” and can not tell who the “tare” is. But the Truth shall reveal what is in each man’s heart….whether he be a “good tree” or a “corrupt tree.”…..He shall manifest the “man of sin” before us. The “man of sin” will be many.

(Mal 3:16 KJV) Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

When the Truth is being revealed, there will be many who will follow after the “pernicious ways” of the group that will not believe in the revealed Truth when it comes.

(2 Pet 2:1 KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

They will speak evil of the Way of Truth….and will defame those who will receive the Truth with joy.

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
They will seek to deceive…seduce…those who have escaped from their errors back into their fold of deception.

3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Satan will have removed the Truth from those who will not believe it when it comes. They will believe in a LIE…..that their gain is a sign of their godliness. WE ARE TO WITHDRAW FROM SUCH. Interestingly, many translations of the Bible OMIT “from such withdraw thyself.”

(1 Tim 6:5 KJV) Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

But here in 2 Timothy ch 3 verse 5, it is saying the same thing. They will have a “form of godliness”…..thinking that through their “godliness” is gain….that gain is a form of godliness. But they deny the power of God. FROM SUCH WE ARE TO TURN AWAY FROM.

(2 Tim 3:5 KJV) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

They will profess that they know God but in their covetous, religious works DENY Him. They will be denying the power of Him in their lives and works.

(Titus 1:15 KJV) Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

This first group who will not believe in the revealed Truth but will have pleasure in their own unrighteousness will PERSECUTE the other groups who will believe in the Truth. There will be those in the church who will receive the Truth in this last day with joy….but will fall away when their own church pastors and followers will persecute them for believing. These are the FEARFUL…who are afraid of what religious man says….or are afraid to be kicked out of their churches.

(Mat 13:20 KJV) But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

All that will live godly…who escape from those living in error…shall suffer persecution….from pastors, priests, reverends and their followers who follow after their pernicious ways.

(2 Tim 3:12 KJV) Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

The “evil men” in the church shall wax “worse and worse”…as they will burn in the fire of their own wickedness. The current man-based religious organizations are going to fall and never rise again as evil and deception burn it alive. And those who will not leave it shall suffer along with them.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

If God be for us, who can be against us? Why fear man whose teachings are only flesh?

A time is coming to come out of Babylon….a time of separation from the “tares.” A time is coming for us to come out from among those who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. We are not to be “unequally yoked together with unbelievers”….those who will not receive the Truth in belief and purify themselves from their covetousness. They will say they know God, but in works deny Him. Their works are “Belial”…. “without profit, worthless.”

(2 Cor 6:14 KJV) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

Covetousness is idolatry. What agreement has the temple of God (us) with those who serve “idols”….their own greediness?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

This separation will cause the men of “Belial” to speak evil of those who are escaping their churches of error.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

We are to stand our ground in the belief of theTruth in the face of “church” men who will falsely accuse us of being evil doers. We are not to be terrified by their words….for they can not harm us. Yet, there will be those who will lose faith in the revealed Word because of the persecution that they will receive from their own pastors and church people who will not believe.

(Mat 13:20 KJV) But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

We are to KNOW THIS also…that in the last days, these perilous times shall come. Those who will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution by the ungodly….the “tares”…the men of “Belial”….Satan’s ministers. Religious, church men shall hate us for loving the Truth…..they shall be false accusers, fierce, despisers of those that are good….despising those that will love the revealed Truth in the last days.

(2 Tim 3:1 KJV) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.
10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

These men shall speak evil of those who will live godly in Christ Jesus….the Truth and the Life. They will despise those who will separate from their company.

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

But blessed are those who suffer reproach in Christ Jesus. Blessed are those when religious men shall hate you…..when they shall reproach you…and cast out your name as evil.

(Luke 6:22 KJV) Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Those who will leave unbelieving churches will receive a “hundredfold” now in this time. When we hear the revelation of the Truth and believe, we are to come out from among those who will not hear and obey. We are to come out from our church organizations….the “house”….the “brothers and sisters”…

(Mark 10:29 KJV) And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,

But this comes also with their “persecution”….the gossiping, the malicious words, the defamation….but blessed are those when they suffer for righteousness.

30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

We are to not keep company with the covetousness who call themselves Christians and yet will not receive the love of the Truth. We are not to keep company with those who call themselves “brothers and sisters and mothers and children” who will not depart from their covetous practices. This is not about separating from the outside world. The separation of the tares and the wheat are in the kingdom itself.

(1 Cor 5:9 KJV) I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

When the eyes of our understanding are enlightened, we are to separate from their company.

12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

They can not harm those who will follow after Christ.

(1 Pet 3:13 KJV) And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

We are not to be “afraid of their terror”…..neither be troubled by their fierceness that will be shown against those who receive the love of the Truth and are saved.

14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

They will speak of those who will love the Truth…Christ Jesus…as evildoers. There will be “false accusers” in the church. There will be pastors, church leaders and church people who will think it strange that we will no longer run with them after their lusts of men. The Truth is to be revealed…the revelation of Christ Jesus….and what is in each man’s heart shall be revealed as well by how he responds to Him. Then, we can identify the tares from the wheat….to judge within….between who serves God and who does not.

16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

We are to stand fast in ONE SPIRIT and ONE MIND…..and not being terrified by our adversaries….those who will not receive the revelation of the Truth with love.

(Phil 1:27 KJV) Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.
29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

We will wrestle against principalities…against powers….against the rulers of the darkness of this world…..against spiritual wickedness in high places. This wrestling is not against the body of Christ…but against those pastors, priests, reverends, church leaders who will have proven that they are “antichrist” by the revealing of the Truth. They have been rulers over the body of Christ in the “darkness” of man’s wisdom…and will seek to keep their positions over the flock of God when confronted by the preaching of the Truth.

(Eph 6:12 KJV) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Their resistance to the Truth shall be fierce….and their words against us harsh. It will then be the “evil day” as they launch their attack against those who stand firm in the whole Truth. We are to take unto us the whole armor of God to withstand their defamation….their false accusations….their words of hatred….their “fiery darts” that shall be launched against those who will preach the Truth.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

We are to have the shield of faith….believing in the words of Christ Jesus. Their “fiery darts” shall be quenched if we do stand firm in what we believe in.

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Like the war in heaven…..the messengers of the Truth shall fight against the messengers of falsehoods…the pastors….the rulers in high places…who will not believe in the Truth when they will hear it. They will fight against the messengers of the Truth.

(Rev 12:7 KJV) And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

But, those who will hate and fight against the preaching of the Truth shall not prevail. The “gates of hades” shall not prevail…..the mouths of false prophets shall not prevail against the preaching of the Truth in the last days. Satan and his church pastors shall lose their places over the flock of God.

8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The false accusers shall be cast down.

10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

We are not to cast away our “confidence” when these men (Satan’s angels) attack those who will love the revelation of the Truth. The word “confidence” is “bold speaking or out-spokenness”…we are to continue preaching the Truth even when pastors call us evildoers and falsely accuse us. We are not to cower in fear of them.

(Heb 10:35 KJV) Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward.

When we joyfully receive the Truth in this last day, we are not to “draw back” because of religious man’s persecution. We are not to lose faith and draw back to destruction with the wicked. We are not to be “fearful” of those adversaries’ words.

(Heb 10:38 KJV) Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

It will be the “fearful”….those who draw back…who lose faith because of their attack…who succumb to their words…that shall draw back to perdition. They shall suffer in the “fire” along with the unbelievers of the Truth…along with the covetous….along with those who will hate the people who love and preach the Truth.

(Rev 21:8 KJV) But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

They shall perish in the “fire” of their own wickedness…their own corruption.

(2 Pet 2:12 KJV) But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

Their wickedness will burn as a fire….and will devour those who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. This will not be in the “afterlife”…but in the here and now.

(Isa 9:18 KJV) For wickedness burneth as the fire: it shall devour the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they shall mount up like the lifting up of smoke.
19 Through the wrath of the LORD of hosts is the land darkened, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire: no man shall spare his brother.

We are to come out from among them….so that we do not share in their sins and receive their plagues.

(Rev 18:4 KJV) And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

We are to arise from our “sleep” and take those whom we love with us…so as not to be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

(Gen 19:15 KJV) And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

We are to be merciful and pull others from the “fire”…hating the doctrines of men that are stained by their covetousness.

16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.

(Jude 1:22 KJV) And of some have compassion, making a difference:
23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

The Lord comes to reveal His Word of Truth to us in this last day. How His people respond to His revealed Truth is how they will be judged. The preaching of the Truth shall reveal what is in man’s heart….whether he be a good tree or bad. He shall reward every man according to his work….whether for the Truth or against it. The wrath of God is to be revealed against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who will hold down the revealed Truth in unrighteousness.

(Rom 1:18 KJV) For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Those that will hear and obey the revealing of the Truth…. they will hear in the last days… shall inherit His Life and peace and rest.

(Rom 2:7 KJV) To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

But those in the churches who are contentious and will not obey the revealed Truth and will continue on in their unrighteousness…pursuing after their covetousness… shall suffer indignation and wrath.

8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,

Tribulation and anguish shall be upon every soul that will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. The lake of fire is the wrath of God which is the tribulation and anguish on every soul who will be contentious…who will oppose…who will contradict….the Truth when it is revealed.

9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

But before the wrath of God comes, there has to be a separation of the tares from the wheat. There is coming a separation between those who will serve God in His Truth and those who will resist His Truth.

(Mat 13:30 KJV) Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

First, the tares are to be gathered together and bound in bundles to be “burned.” They are not “burned” until the wheat are gathered into His barn. He will not destroy the righteous with the wicked…..the wheat with the tares. This was shown in Genesis by Abraham’s questioning….from 50 righteous…all the way down to 10.

(Gen 18:23 KJV) And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?
24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?
25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

The tares have been spared for the righteous sakes.

26 And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

The tares are gathered together in their covetousness…..supposing that gain is godliness. Today, we see many pastors and church leaders pursuing after the covetousness in their hearts…pursuing “church growth”…pursuing great ministries….tearing down churches and building bigger ones. They are only interested in the growing of numbers….supposing that gain is godliness….greedy for gain. But it is a lying spirit within the mouths of their prophets…..designed to gather and bind them. They are snared in the covetous works of their own hands.

(Psa 9:16 KJV) The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

They are snared by the transgression of their lips….but the just…the wheat…shall come out of trouble. they are snared by covetous teachings of man.

(Prov 12:13 KJV) The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: but the just shall come out of trouble.

We are not to fret because of their prosperity in growing church riches….growing numbers…. in the covetousness works of their hearts. Their successes delude them into thinking gain is godliness.

(Psa 37:7 KJV) Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

For the righteous are to be delivered out of trouble…..and it will come upon the wicked instead.

(Prov 11:8 KJV) The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked cometh in his stead.

The righteous are to be like Lot and leave the city….lest they will be consumed in the iniquity of the city. The messengers of the revealed Truth will come to preach to the wheat the gospel of salvation…from ungodly, covetous men who promote envy and strife.

(Gen 19:15 KJV) And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

The wrath of God shall be revealed from heaven upon the wicked only when the righteous…like Lot….separate from those who are leaving in error for the Truth. “Zoar” means “little” and is a reference to the gospel of Christ Jesus preached in Paul’s epistles. “Paul” means “little.”

(Gen 19:21 KJV) And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken.

“I cannot do any thing” until thou be come thither….the wrath of God is restrained while the wheat are still with the tares.

22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

We are to remember Jesus’ words….it will be like the days of Lot. They will continue in their covetous activities…eating, drinking, buying and selling…..

(Luke 17:28 KJV) Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

….until Lot went out of Sodom on the same day…and then it rained fire and brimstone from heaven. Likewise, it will be the same in the churches today. The wheat must be separated from the tares.

We must remember Lot’s wife….and NOT look back to the covetous pastors and their followers.

32 Remember Lot's wife.
33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

The prosperity and preaching of covetous pastors and church leaders will seek to allure those who are escaping back into their corruption. The deceitfulness of riches will choke the Word within the hearts of those who do look back fondly upon religious man’s ways and thoughts…and it will become unfruitful……a pillar of salt.

(Mat 13:22 KJV) He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

The men of “Sodom” in these last days will preach great swelling words of vanity…seeking to lure those who are “clean escaped” from them who are living in error. They will seek to allure the escaping ones back to them through the lusts of the flesh….through covetousness for gain in the church…..a bigger church….a bigger ministry….greater mass marketing of religious goods and services, etc, etc. We are not to any longer be partakers with them.

(2 Pet 2:18 KJV) For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

They will promise them liberty….but they themselves are servants of corruption. They themselves are gathered together as the “tares”….and are bound by their covetousness…thinking that gain is godliness.

19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

The wrath of God will be revealed from heaven upon the children of disobedience….upon those who are covetous….who will not receive the love of the Truth and be saved. They will have chosen “death” over life by choosing to save his covetous ways and thoughts….preaching errors…rather than receiving the Truth with joy and be saved.

(Eph 5:5 KJV) For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christand of God.
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

We are to withdraw from such….like Lot…depart from “Sodom.” We are not to be partakers with them.

7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

The Lord has restrained…He has held His peace for a long time…He has been still…..while the wheat grew up with the tares.

(Isa 42:13 KJV) The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies.
14 I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once.

Like Lot, the wheat shall be taken out of the way….in order for the wrath of God to be revealed from heaven. The messengers of the revealed Truth shall come to gather the wheat into His barn….taking them out of the way. Then the wicked shall be revealed as they will seek to allure those back to them…they will persecute those who will be escaping from them….they will call those who love the Truth and are saved “evildoers”…they will speak evil of the Way of Truth. Their folly shall be manifest for all to see. The wheat living with the tares has restrained the wrath. But the same day Lot left Sodom, fire and brimstone rained from heaven upon the wicked.

(2 Th 2:6 KJV) And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

They will have been gathered and bound as tares with all power and signs and lying wonders…..their gains of church growth, riches, positions, etc. Gain is NOT a sign of godliness.

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

There will be those in the churches who will think the way Lot's sons-in-law thought...that this kind of preaching is like one who mocks the church:

(Gen 19:14 KJV) And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
