Do you work out? yes, just got a new bench press too!!

If so, do you exercise at least 3 times a week? not at the moment, ive got a new tattoo and need to wait a couple of weeks, then i will be again.

I used to work out everyday but now that I'm working 55 hours a week, it's hard to find time to. Or have the energy to.

Vitamin C and Zinc for a healthy immune system.

Yes.

Fishies, a blue/dumbo rat (gross I know but I used to have this rat's father, which was a dumbo rat, but gave it to a breeder and he had cute babies with a blue rat and so I had to take one of the babies. He's a cool pet. And I have a baby corn snake. I love non-hastle pets.

If not, why not? Would you like to have pets if you could? What kind of pet(s)?

If I could, I'd get a small dog. Like a toy poodle or something cute and fluffy.

Sure.

Psychiatric Technician for the state of California. I work at a maximum security forensic state mental hospital. *breath* wow, that was long.

Kinda, not really. It pays REALLY well, but it's long hours and dangerous condtions. I work with rapists and child molesters and other nights I work with insane prisoners. I like my occupation, but I'd rather be in another hospital.

A full time artist.

Now that I don't live with them anymore yes..

No, but I did live with someone for about 6 months when I was backslidden.

Just from quickly re-reading the answers to this thread, there definitely seems to be a correlation between exercise and mood. Most of the people who said they work out consistantly put "happy" or "content" as their mood. And most of the people who said they did not work out put "sad" as their mood...
