I had a wonderful walk this morning. Hot and humid when the sun was out, but most of the time I had cloud cover and a nice breeze. It also reminded me of the Israelites in the wilderness that had the cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night.

And while I was walking I listened to some of this video.

It's some praise and worship songs in a language called Mizo, which is spoken around the east side of India.

I only know a few of the words, but I love the sound of it. The music starts at 1:20 , and the first song they do is Nothing but the blood.


A few words you can listen for if you want:

God tells us that His love for us is from/to "everlasting" .. cf Jeremiah 31:3. This means that there was never a time in eternity past (long before He created us) when He did not love those of us who would eventually become His children .. e.g. John 1:12 (nor will there ever be such a time, now, or forevermore ).

As pastor/theologian Charles Spurgeon once said (in his devotional, Morning & Evening),

"Everlasting love shall be the pillow for my head this night".

Here is a video that I found to be very positive. It was recommended to me by someone who struggles with depression and they use it to give them a boost when they're feeding down.

It's called a vocaloid, which I think means that the voices are computer generated. The song is in Japanese but like most Japanese pop songs, it contains a lot of English. There are also English subtitles.

Some sounds are very colorful, like bright and happy, and you can feel it. That music reminds me of Owl City in that it has colorful sounds too.
