CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I liked my nutrition class, a lot. In fact I actually attended someone else's class too the next semester.. I don't know if the teacher knew I wasn't really supposed to be there.

My daughter recently graduated wih associate degrees in culinary arts and baking and pastry and her bachelor's in culinary nutrition. I took 5 years, but she can do anything in the culinary world.

The reliable source of informaion is you. Choosing a major and a school is all about finding what fits you.
What area interests you? How do you work best- good at following directions or at working on your own or creating out of nothing...? Are you more hands on or more inellectual in your learning? Are you looking for a 2 year or 4 year degree or some advanced training?
Who you are, what talents God has given you, that's the most important thing to know.

Perhaps I should have prefaced this poll by pointing out that I have already decided my major and was just doing something for fun to see what others would say
I'm getting a bachelor's in English, a license in secondary education, and am going to teach high school English, coach and referee volleyball, and perhaps be a worship leader at a church.
But that's not an option on my silly poll
