<whew> I thought I had spent too much time hiding out in my closet!!! I don't cook my cheesecake, so I guess it isn't really cheesecake, but a cheese dessert. It's good anyway. I did make a real cheesecake at Thanksgiving though. Went to Walmart at 5:00 on Wednesday evening, the day before to purchase a springform pan!!! That was scary!!!

* . . . which FJD takes from TW, goes behind the counter finds wide glass, puts the ice cream (2 scoops) in the bottom of the glass pours the root beer on top. FJD then brings the glass back to TW
