Tomorrow it'll probably be flatbreads and various spreads, and some fresh sliced fruit . . .

Well, it will be a slow Saturday night, but right now it's late afternoon for us out on the West coast.

* FJD goes into the kitchen and starts making some pasta to serve the patrons later. He finds some bagels stored in the walk-in fridge, puts them on a plate, and brings them back out, placing the plate on the counter.
