CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

no, but I DO live in CanadA!!! LOL I am AMERICAN!! by birth...lived there..got married to my hubby who is from here...and for some reason, after we got married..he wanted to live here..so to stay married..here I am!'course they do! Haven't you ever seen pictures of igloos?

GEE..my igloo has bricks! Amazing~~ ain't seen me no polar bear..not even a brown one...hm...right now it is 63, so if we had an igloo..me thinks it would melt.

Well, I did have time to set my daughter up as a 'user' on the computer, with her own separate screen! I didn't know you could do that til last month! Now she can use Outlook Express, too, instead of Netscape!

Yep! Netscape kept messing up on her!! I think it will free up some space once she gets her emails, and files transferred over, and we can take it off!
