Dawnie - I need a HUGE cup of coffee today. I have a ton of things (well, ok - maybe a slight exaggeration) I have to do. But I don't have to GO to work, so I can be on here and do my stuff. Yay. It is a good day.

Ed and I had a long, long talk again last night. We have our problems and things that we're still trying to work out - so please continue to pray for us. God is good and He's in control.

I'm working at the State Police today. I don't have anything going on tonight after work. I have some reading I'll probably do when I get home. Otherwise, I'll be on here.

Are you the one who makes the calls to the police? I have a friend who used to do that.

No, I'm a trainer. I certify users on the FBI's database called NCIC.

WOW! Cool job. That's why you're so good at teaching Bible studies - it's a God given gift to train and teach.

Cool! Do you lead studies at your church? I love doing the Women's Ministry. Do you have that? You would be so good with that kind of ministry. Ask me. I know everything... Seriously - I just get that impression.

I teach the adult Sunday school class one Sunday a month. I lead the adult Vacation Bible School each summer too. I like that.

We don't have a Women's Ministry, we should though.

It is so cool. I've had ladies studies over here for years and it is the best. My home is just open and I don't really lead - we all do. Prayer time is fantastic. The ministry is fantastic. The women will open up with something like that when they don't feel comfortable doing that at church.

My church is so small and non-responsive to anything new. Bible study doesn't fly because only a few attend. I'm thinking about looking elsewhere. I do attend, on occasion, a Bible study at another church.
