CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Cheez-its sound good, JOHN, even if I don't know that they really are, but they sure sound ''cheezy'', lol. Thanks a lot! Right now I have pizza in the oven, waiting for my daughter to come home any minute from her ballet classes. Just need to have something she can grab on her way to the choir practice ... phew... what a tempo that girl has today! Here's plenty of pizza, as I will bake 2, so JOHN and others may grab a slice too, if there's any interest for pizza today. Love and hugs to you all!

There's still pizza in the kitchen. I saw to it that my daughter grabbed a slice between the ballet classes and the choir. She is tall and slender (not far from skinny, if you ask me) and could need to eat more, as she is so very active.

You know "brunch" is between breakfast and lunch but there is no term that I know of for a meal between lunch and dinner. Meghan and I have come up with one..."hungry". So it's "hungry" time and we're having pizza as well.
