Seeking1 said:Blessings on you!! God brings us together anyway, because He knows we need the fellowship. I try to run and do some little thing in between posts. Is that pathetic??
Yes, where is the ladies room please?NorwayUnn said:You're a good one, are you, sis! Not pathetic at all. Us semi-oldies like to have some fellowship with coffee and other treats that we share, you know. With all that coffee making going on in this Fab 40s, we could need a ''restroom'' in here too, lol, as there will be some li'l trips after all that coffee drinking.

It is 6 p.m. here and I have not done so extremely much here today. I have sewn some flags, still need to iron them and have them on poles, but there's still an ''ocean'' of time to do that this evening, lol. And I have made a ''cowboyish'' meal for my hubby and I, lol. It made me think of cowboys though, hahaha.![]()
I'm going, too. No veggies John? I hope you get your daily allowance of vitamins somehow.MN John said:peanut butter, bread, cereal, milk, meat, cheese, eggs, pop, ice cream, M&M's, yogurt, pretzels, a coffee maker, and anything else that looks good!![]()

sounds yummy!NorwayUnn said:1. The Ladies' room is on the left of your computer.
The Gents' room is on the right of their computers.
2. A cowboyish supper?
I fried half a kilo of ground beef ( a little more than a pound) together with a chopped onion and 3 chopped cloves of garlic and a chopped tomato (chop chop chop), after frying that stuff, adding some pepper, salt, half a teaspoon of buillon powder, a little squirt of ketchup, a li'l water, and a little can of white beans in tomato sauce .... well then I looked at it and it made me think of cowboys ... maybe it was the cute li'l beans that made me think of'em, lol. Can I call it ''Cowboy stew a la Norway mood''?? I served it with cooked miniature spaghetti. My hubby had 2 servings, so I guess it was edible, lol. I had one serving and was satisfied with that. Not the best I have ever eaten, but not the worst either, lol.My daughter is gone for the day, my son is in the army now ... so I just did not want to spend much time on cooking after all the sewing going on ... after all, I must have time to do other things that are fun to do too, like being here on CF for instance.

You are too funny. My husband isn't home yet to hear me laughing. He had to work today. Your cowboy stuff sounds like Chili to me...NorwayUnn said:1. The Ladies' room is on the left of your computer.

Ok, I get to go out to eat tonight!! Did I tell you how often I make dinner for EVERYONE in my family (well, my daughter and her two girls because son-in-law always works late, my youngest son still is living here and hubby). Almost every night. My oldest son lives an hour away, but he loves to just drop in and eat. Going out and not cooking is a BIG treat for me.![]()
