  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok, I laid down to nap in my UPSTAIRS sewing room and the DOORBELL rang just when I was starting to doze and that was that...

I give up on naps - until tomorrow.

Has anyone seen or rented a good romantic movie lately? One that I don't have to be embarrassed  watching?

Bridget Jones' Diary is the last one I saw.

Return to Me

It's so sweet and touching that I bought it.
I love that movie (Return to Me)! My daughter has it. I forgot about that one.
Last one I bought was Pride and Prejudice. I liked the long version from A&E better, though.

Ok, back to FOOD?? Hmmm, at Curves that's what the women are always talking about, too.
I just had a tea party with one of my grands out on the deck. Nice and wet.
Now I'm hungry. Let's see - ok.

Pizza!

We always talk about food here!!!^_^
