You'll have to unequip the dress you are wearing and then equip the white dress under tops/dresses, equip the slippers from shoes/female and equip the halo from helmets.

The dress should be in your Armor items, and the wings and halo would be in Special items? BANKER!!!! Our newest Ms wings can't find her stuff!!!
