CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi MMXII, I am doing good, thanks. Am on my busiest vacation ... at home ... ever, lol. Glad I have a little ''machine park'' in the house to do a few things, but still there's a lot to do here that will be noticed if it's not done. Will go to England in 2 days and come home next Wed. evening. Haven't packed a thing yet. 3 days after I come home, I will have a confirmation celebration at home for my daughter who is 14. A big dinner party, followed by an even bigger coffee social here. That's how it is done here. Will prepare what I can prepare before I fly to England to meet my friend Josephine and spend some days with her. How is life where you are? Hi all!

Wow Unni, you have a busy holiday planned. Hope you have a great time with your friend.
I don't have a vacation scheduled until the end of July and the first week of August. We have a church camp going on during that time. I teach adult Bible school the first week of August. It's a pretty good time, we usually have 10 adults in the class.
Have fun planning those social events.
