Jan I think it is supposed to get to the 70's or 80's here today. No beaches, unless you count Lake Bistineau!! Too many Cypress trees to sunbathe!

I don't think it will get that warm here today but it was in the mid 60's yesterday. Of course John doesn't get cold...those MN men have thick blood I'll be freezing and he'll be in shorts and a short sleeved shirt.

We have bald cypress trees up this way mamabear. It's said to be the northern most stand of bald cypress. There is a pond I want to take John to that is full of them.

I can't rememebr what kind of cypress trees we have, but there are lots! Oh, I just looked it up!! The bald cypress is our State Tree:o I am sooo ashamed!!! That must be what is cluttering up the lakeside!!

In 23 hours and 29 minutes, I'll be in Las Vegas. It'll be good to get out of the cold. Thank you for all your prayers. I'll be posting some pictures as soon as I have some.
