TRUE! LOL..I am so trying to stay awake. I am supposed to go out with a friend today...I want to, but I am SO tired and my back is killing me. I did some running around earlier this week with a friend of mine who was in crisis, and haven't really stopped since, and I am in pain. Oh well. I should get into the dr.

I don't have any medical experience, but I do have back pain experience, daily. You know what seems to help redistribute that pain (and the byproducts of working out those muscles)? Stretching...mild, but thorough stretching; you have to be careful not to pull anything worse, and do it regularly, but it helps my scoliosis.

Man! It's cold outside! It was -5C (23F) this morning but it's gotten a bit "warmer" since then. Now it's just barely above freezing. I can't wait to get to Las Vegas where it'll be nice and warm. (Of course, with my luck, they'll end up having the first blizzard in recorded history while I'm there and it'll be below freezing the whole time.)

Would you believe I heard them talking sleet and snow in the upper part parts of the Ark-La-Tex? North of I-30, anyway. WE won't see any, but that's okay. I don't like icy weather! Makes my arm hurt!!!

I slept ok..i was supposed to be able to sleep in..but the dogs...grr..lol SO here I am. I am waiting now till everyone is gone..then going to snooze

A few nights ago my Norwegian Elkhound woke me up at 2 am making those throwing up noises....eeewwwwww!! I got up and we both started running for the back door. We made it before she threw up inside...whew!! That would not have been fun cleaning up at that time of morning.

I have just been known in the past, to get a bit turned around, that's all...I think me and God have got that under control, now.

There's a trick to finding your way around in Las Vegas...you look for the landmarks; they are easy to spot.
