my bil is a muslim..we are the united nations here..I am American, married to an English/Canadian, our kids are Canadian..BIL is Muslim...whew. LOL

can get interesting! LOL HE keeps talking about peace in the middle east..I said to him..uh uh cause Abraham couldn't behave himself and had 2 sons..(he is from the line of Ishmael!)..so there will never be peace. we kid around good naturedly! LOL My hubbies family is English..moved to Canada when hubby was 3...so...our kids were born in Canada...so very interesting indeed.

no. you wouldn't know really. He doesn't talk much about it...his wife (my hubby's sister) doesn't dress the way his sisters do..no headdress...he seems to do pretty well. Good guy really. I just love teasing him!

If you're like me, Jan, I am not even aware of other life forms until I've had a sufficient dose of caffeine...

Oh, JP, my grandfather was Muslim, and my grandma was German and my mom was raised Catholic. I never met him, though. Would have been semi-royalty, had my family stayed there, though.

So were my brothers.

glad to hear you are doing great. The last few days I have been pretty much pain free..in my back...today..feels like about 5 knives in there..man.
