Chili sounds awfully good, especially in chilly weather!

Howdy all 
/me stokes up the embers in the fireplace and puts a couple logs on.
Hmmmmm....wonder what's around here for breakfast.
/me pads into the kitchen to snoop around.
Let's see...there is bacon, eggs, cheese and some bagels. How about an egg casserole (hot dish) for breakfast?

That sounds good. One of my ex-sil's used to make one with eggs, hasbrowns sausage and such. I wish I could remember how she made it!!
