I think you need to first believe what the bible does say rather than what it doesn't say if you call yourself a Christian. Only when you do that, will your statements be consistent.

As I've just shown, the Bible DOES say that the earth is a circle with edges. It also says that the earth does not move because it sits on pillars and that there is a crystaline dome above it, like a tent, that keeps the rain off our heads.
Do you believe that?

1 Corinthians 4:6, "Do not go beyond what is written." Adding to the bible comes from human minds which are fallible and don't last. So it's a waste of time to make up stories about what happened at the creation of the world when no one was there to observe it except God.

Job 38:4-21, "Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? Tell me if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years!"

God knows that many humans think they know what happened at creation. Scientists think they know. Why is that? Because they're arrogant and think they know better than God does. But again, their words will come to nothing when they and all humans die.

Scripture must be interpreted by other scripture. And obviously, a circle is not three-dimensional so 3 dimensional objects cannot be incorporated into a circle, only a sphere. So taking scripture out of context with the rest of the bible is no different than only quoting part of a sentence and not the whole sentence. Thus, when you put the whole bible together, then God is obviously talking about a sphere since 3 dimensional objects exist on the earth. Thus, quibbling about words like "is" only shows that one doesn't understand words like "is." So when you argue with God's word, you'll only look foolish because you look only on the surface and thus miss the meaning of most of the bible.

But since scientists believe that the value of a human being can be analyzed in a petrie dish, then it makes sense that they have trouble with the meaning of the bible.

Sorry but reality agree with Genesis and genesis agrees with reality. So one confirms the other. Therefore, unlike evolutionists, I'm looking at the bible and reality.

When the devil showed the land that existed in Israel and said "all the kingdoms of the world" then obviously since Jesus couldn't see them, then he knew that the devil meant all the land far beyond the land in front of him as well. Any child knows that. but since scientists don't look beneath the surface, of course they don't understand the bible at all, which I already knew. So you missed the meaning completely.

Again, you're only quoting part of the bible which is the same as only quoting part of a sentence. For example, if you take this sentence; "God sends everyone to hell except those who accept Christ's atonement" and only quote the first part of it so that it reads; "God sends everyone to hell", then you have grossly distorted the words of the quoter and thus passed along a meaning that he didn't say. That's what happens when you take verses out of context with the rest of the bible. So you have to read the whole bible to understand God's meaning...that includes the verses in Isaiah as well.
