This character's name is Rallabell as the title implies. she had a father who taught her all that she knows about archery and how to be a blacksmith. She has liliac colored hair that goes down to her waist and is a total tomboy. She is a princess from a land called Serifia. But because she is a blacksmith and knows archery she wants to learn more unlike other princesses as you can tell.
