Rainbow Promise
Genesis 9:13... I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
Ezekiel 1:28... Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD.
The rainbow is a beautiful reminder of God, of His Glory and of His promises. It's a wonderful sign of hope. I think it's no coincidence it usually appears after a storm. Next time you are facing a storm, remember to look forward, forward for the Son to shine through the clouds and rain, then you'll see it - the rainbow - and the glory of the Lord and His promises.

When threatening storm clouds gather ...
And darkness seems to be closing in on me.
I remember all your promises ...
And come to You on bended knee.
Help me to remember the clouds will eventually fade from view...
help me to keep earnestly seeking Your face.
For Son will shine thru the rain and clouds,
And in the appearing rainbow I will see Your grace.
