So, Radiohead is finally releasing their new album, and you pay whatever you want for it!

I just hope the music is great!

I'm so excited. Radiohead is such an incredible band, this album is definitely something to look forward to.

I downloaded it today. I figured that it would take forever considering everyone and their mother was going to download the album today... but it only took a minute or two.

I'm on listen number 3 and it is pretty good.

This concept for deciding how much you pay makes me love Radiohead that much more. Hopefully more bands will continue down this road, and I'll feel much more like I'm paying the musicians, not the record industry

I happen to disagree. Hail To The Thief and Amnesiac were sub-par, but In Rainbows is a definite return to form.


OK Computer is still their best album though. It's a masterpiece.

I think it's pretty good (worth the £3 I paid anyway). It's not a return to OK Computer but it aint no Kid A either. It's nice to hear them sound like they're just enjoying making music again without having to sermonise whilst they do so.

No Joke. You really have to give In Rainbows a listen. Coldplay and others have ripped off Radiohead's sound from the 90's. The great thing about Radiohead is that their music evolves. Great, great band! ... and so important.

Agreed! Folks, the reason I am posting so much about this album is because it is simply great. Not since XTC's English Settlement have I been so excited.
