Apart from the ones on Chernobyl, the fallout from nuclear testing in the Pacific by USA back in the 50'sSo are there any studies that quantified this?
PROJECTED LIFETIME CANCER RISKS FROM EXPOSURE TO REGIONAL RADIOACTIVE FALLOUT IN THE MARSHALL ISLANDS - PMC
Radioactive fallout from nuclear test detonations during 1946–1958 at Bikini and Enewetak atolls in the Marshall Islands (MI) exposed populations living elsewhere in the archipelago. A comprehensive analysis, presented in seven companion papers, has ...
There were recent rumors in Chernobyl when Russian troops rode through the most radioactive zone in Chernobyl and setup camp. At least one soldier died and some were admitted due to radioactive poisoning.
Which is incredible because wild animals thrive in the most radioactive zone including bears, dogs while seemingly unaffected by radiation.
Reduced wrinkling and more youthful looking skin all over my body and this is despite increased exposure to UV radiation from the Sun (from outdoor exercise). So what about wrinkles, gray hair, and hair loss? Did your new lifestyle fixed those three things?
I never had gray hair nor hair loss and my hair is still exactly the same as they did in my teens. My age-resistant hair is definitely genetic. The genetic problems in our family is diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Most of our 40 year old and older in our family have cardiovascular disease already. I'm one of the few who still have none and I'm a "medication-free" person. I don't take any medicines nor supplements.
I've never been sick either since taking up this lifestyle although my exercise routine is fairly extreme. Every Saturday, I have a 4 to 6 hour long continuous workout without eating nor drinking within the fasting window. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for 50 minutes each day the next 4 days followed by 2 days of light exercise per week.
All my workouts are done within the fasting window of daily intermittent fasting and without eating and strictly for my own practice only, I don't drink water as well during the fasting window and during exercise. I don't recommend doing this due to the danger.
I guess when I said "eating whatever I want", I misspoke. I actually meant both whatever and whenever. So I guess what I am thinking is that if I can fast for 30 days straight and then after that be able to eat both whatever I want and whenever I want for the next few years, then those 30 days would be worth it.
This plan of yours might give you worse results. Immediate effect of calorie restriction would actually cause the opposite and reduce telomere length at more rapid pace. And then going back to old unhealthy lifestyle would sustain the increased pace of telomere length loss.
The best option is to sustain it like intermittent fasting. The increased loss of telomere length is only at the beginning and then slows down at a later time and eventually slower than those on unhealthy diet.
This study did a two-year study on the subject and seemingly convinced a longer-term study would produce result favoring a sustained, calorie-restricted diet.
Calorie restriction study reveals complexities in how diet impacts aging
The rate at which human cells age is influenced by multiple interconnected factors. New research examined how restricting calories influences telomere length and biological aging.

The most effective way to achieve calorie restriction is adding exercise to your daily routine. Calorie restriction doesn't just mean reducing the amount of food you eat but eating the same or less calories than you burn the whole day. Exercise will increase the calories you burn each day. If you do lots of exercise, you may even end up eating more and still achieve calorie restriction.
That is probably OK and permissible as long as you finish eating dinner not later than 8pm in the evening and no snacking after dinner. As far as replacing breakfast with branch, I been doing it anyway due to getting up very late and then going for a run. However, I had snacks between my branch and my dinner. So that part is the harder one.
Actually, let's say you finish dinner at 8 pm, the next morning you wake up 9 am, run up to 10 am (no eating nor drinking before and during exercise, eat brunch at 10 am and take some snacks between brunch and dinner.
It's going to be a good enough plan actually. In fact, you don't even need to do multi-day fast if you can stick to it.
