Hi all,

Just something I'm trying to get my head around, & hopefully someone can shed some light into this question:

To those who accept racial profiling of criminal acts (racialising crime), can you describe why its ok to use racial profiling of the perpetrators & why is that any better than the method used by perpetrators who racially profile their victims?

Thanks

I'm waiting for those who say racial profiling of crime suspects is ok.

Eg. say "rapist" & some CF members might whisper "Muslim Lebanese" - heck 5000 rednecks in Cronulla thought so.

I'd like to hear from them why its ok to racially profile criminals, but not ok for criminals to racially profile their victims.

Despite my own frustrations towards some racial groups, i try not to be racist or profile one ethnicity together based on a few things. I like to think i'm wise enough to realise that just because one person of one race does something, it dosn't automaticlly mean they are all the same. So i vote no.
