I have over the years saved some things such as the quote above from Kipling and thought I would share a few of them here for all to see.

This is so true for those who train for a crown that one day will perish but even more so for the Christian who's crown will never perish.

Gus here is talking about the recent test match between Australia and New Zealand in rugby league.

When you look at what he said about this sport I find it even more so in the Christian life.

We must at all time keep our eyes fixed on the cross and what Jesus has done for us.
