I have found this course on line and would like to recommend it to people who want to quit smoking. Also, I ask your prayers as quit again. Please pray I don't gain any weight and in fact lose some (a lot!) . I know that would be a miracle but I expect nothing less from my God.
Last time I quit I went hog-wild with ice cream and ate all sorts of very fattening foods. I can't afford to gain any weight and really need to lose some in order to fit into my clothes.

For those who aren't allowed to "see" links in the pages, etc, yet, just type these words without any spaces between and use a period for the word "dot".
Quit Smoking Online dot com. You don't need to use capitol letters, either.

I can't believe I'm going to quit again. I told myself I never would. I want the Lord's will for my life as long as it doesn't include gaining weight. Well, at least I'm honest.
