I do have a problem with him saying we aren't uplifting Christ when Christ Himself told us to obey the commandments.
He's ex-Adventist so he knows exactly how we feel about Sabbath, and he's made it abundantly clear that he doesn't agree already...to the point of ignoring any forum rules we have set up.

No I don't find his comment demeaning.... nor do I take what he said personally... likewise God did not ask me to defend him or the commandments. So its not hard for me to talk to a brother or a sister who disagrees with keeping the commandments. Just because we don't agree doesn't mean that they cannot ask me questions... or that I cannot answer them...Stormy, I do know the person, and I also know he's been told several times not to debate here, but he does it anyway.

Please understand he does not keep it at all and doesn't think others should either. Because of that very fact, anything he says about Sabbath in an ADVENTIST forum is going to be in conflict with our beliefs.
He's been answered several times as to why we feel we should keep that commandment, but our answers are not good enough for him apparently.
