I wanted to share this with all of you since it saved me a great deal of money on textbooks.
Go to slugbooks.com to compare book prices across the web. You don't have to sign up or anything like that. It's basically a web crawler for textbooks, so you can quickly find the cheapest price for your books. One of my semesters, I needed $900 worth of books. I found all of them for much less using Slugbooks and ended up spending $250 for the same used books.
Most university bookstores will make you pay an absurdly high price for books you can get so much cheaper on Amazon or eBay.
