The evidence, minus the false vestigial organ idea, and nested hierarchy fits the ID theory just fine.

It only fits the ID theory "just fine" if you assert that ANY evidence no matter what it is supports the ID theory. And just what is false about a whale's or python's pelvis, cave fish eyes, flightless beetle wings, or any of the many other vestigial organs we know of? I also like how you excluded the twin nested hierarchy.

All of the known and verified evidence for evolution = similarities.

Which is also equal evidence for ID.

Except it isn't, because in the case of ID similarities are a non factor, they don't need to exist nor is it required that they don't.
