Quick and Easy: Song Identification

Hey guys and gals! Just a quick and easy post cause I couldn't find a forum really appropriate to ask this:

I heard a song on the radio the other day (Christian Radio) and I don't know the title or artist. I would like to look it up on Rhapsody and buy it cause it was a great song. Could someone identify the title or artist for me? (100 Blessings to the 1st to identify correctly)

Only line I can remember that runs through my head is in the main chorus:

"here I am, once again, I'm in need of Resurrection..."

It's sung by a female. I have searched 'Here I am' and 'Resurrection' but had no luck.
