I'm not a real fundamentalist (I don't qualify as a member of this forum though I do visit it sometimes and have some friends here), but I do believe the historic "five fundamentals". I'll answer your questions anyway if you don't mind.
1. I think so.
2. No.
3. No. Some are, but by no means all. I would probably be classified as an Amyraldian.
4. Loathe them. Jesus' Way was all about love. They're all about hate.
5. Never heard of them. However, I'm a former member of a different AoG (Assemblies of God), and I still kinda like them.
6. A very mixed bag, covers a wide range. You might say I'm one, but theologically I would be an Anglican moderate conservative, similar to N.T. Wright. Politically, I'm Libertarian Right, similar to the late Sen. Barry Goldwater, and very much opposed to the social agenda of the Christian Right.
7. As Albion said. That's the definition, isn't it?
8. Above my pay grade. I'll leave that to God.
9. No. And a crucifix is ok by me too, whichever you like.
10. Depends. No easy answers on this one.
