Questions on Calvanism

Hi all,
So I have a few questions... Does calvanism teach OSAS? or not? and if not, how does predistination and being able to lose ur salvation fit in together? Also, what EXACTLY does calvanism say predestination is, b/c after talking to loads of calvanists and reading these boards, it seems they all have different beliefs... Anyway, thanks a lot! Yes.

Also, what EXACTLY does calvanism say predestination is

Calvinism teaches that predestination is "the gracious act of God by which he determines to save a people for Himself." This sovereign act of God is based on the counsel of His own Will and according to His good pleasure.
