Also, what are things in the past that have just driven you nuts or made you want to quit, and what are the things that made you stay?
Finally, what are your dreams for your ministry? I mean, in a perfect world? (Try to stay away from Miss America answers: "I want world peace and and end to hunger... and after that, my own apartment!
) What would be a sweet reward for you -- a big cathedral or huge church, a salary that made your family comfortable, being able to call your own shots, or huge revivals?
