Since I participated in formulating the rules of the new polls, and it appears that there are a few that might be unclear in their understanding of what's in them, I am putting up this thread to answer questions that people may have about the content of these polls before voting.

Just keep in mind that this is not a debate. I will provide you with an answer. If you don't like what you see then you can vote accordingly. I do not wish to debate these issues.
Also keep in mind that we can still reword things if necessary, to make the rules more definitive. Right now we just need to get some rules up, as things in here have gotten out of hand.
Also, when you ask about a poll option do not just give me the number of the item. List the number of the item and the rule that applies to it.

Just a suggestion, though. Maybe you should list the rules you created, considering some came from other people. Otherwise you may get unneeded questions here.
