Is there a name for the branch of Theology that Covenant Theology and Dispensation Theology fall under? If there is I'd really like to find out, cause it really needs one.

Covenant theology generally refers to reformed theology, which is diametrically opposed to dispensationalism.

Yes they are opposed but they adress the same questions. So what is the heading that they both fall under?

Other than maybe classifying the two as "protestant" theologies there really isn't a heading. They are completely different systems of theology.

John MacArthur is a calvinist and a dispensationalist. He is certainly a rare breed when it comes to that. Go figure.
