Okay guys, (ladies you can answer too if you have any ideas) what are some ways that you like a girl to show if she is interested in you? Like as far as showing affection or doing little things that would just let you know that she cares for you and she truly does have feelings for you? haha - maybe the fact that she might be looking at you all the time, or maybe if she smiled at you ( i know, cheesy) or maybe baked me a cake...........

Thanks for the advice, but I think that I need to rephrase my question. I like a guy, and I have told him that I have feelings for him and he has told me that he has feelings for me. We are in an in between stage as far as dating and bf/gf. I am a naturally shy person and sometimes my shyness makes me seem like I am uninterested. How do I show him that I care for him, after I have told him that I have feelings for him? I know, it is a bit of a weird question

Coming from previous experience; if I like a girl already, and she does something like that [the card may be replaced by simply writing a note, or giving any type of gift that is symbolic of affection], and then acting shy...

It's like +100 for the interest-o-meter.

Well, I think most guys are big on when a gal touches him. Nothing dirty, just a hug, maybe a playful slap on the shoulder, something. But alot of it comes down to her giving you the time of day, listening and all.

Of course, guys got to give it too :-D

Seriously though, personally i've found that a lot of christian chicks are "closed" off. I don't know, but there seems to be this huge emphasis on "relational-purity" for girls, and it seems to "close" them off a bit.

Example, if I struck-up with a cool chick, and asked to see if she wanted to hang out with my friends to see a movie, coffee etc. , just as friends, people in the church automatically think your dating.

Whereis if I did it in the secular scene, it would be normal.

I guess us christian singles are all amped-up about sex cause it's the one big thing we know we shouldn't do before we get married but we know we want to.(carnally)

I think a girl should just be honest and real to the guy she likes, not be to over-bearing or appear "desperate" to him, and not worry what anyone else may think of her affections.
